Great product.
This product is very similar to most pre/post workout recovery formulas, but instead of leaving something out, it pretty much has everything. 5gs of creatines, including monohydrate, also AAKG, citrulline malate, beta alanine, taurine, all the good stuff. As a preworkout, since it doesn't have caffeine or a mass amount of electrolytes, the energy rush is less than most, but since this product has those characteristics, it can be taken post workout as well, and if u go to the gym late at night its perfect. Taste suffers as well because it has no carbs/sugar, so its rough. But this keeps scoop (serving size) is only ten grams, so at 1.81 pounds, it will last a very long time. And at 23$, it makes for an outstanding bargain.
All in all, this is a great product that I plan on reoordering.
