Yes, I'm still affiliated with IBE, but theres not much pimpin to be done these days especially with this board being my "home" and IBE no longer being a sponsor. Its all good they're plannin a big comeback and I intend on doing everything I can to help reverse this bad hand theyve been dealt.

I do split squats instead of lunges... Up and down in the lunge position, switch legs, go again... VERY gentle on my crappy knees...

Ive been able to keep my appetite intact with SDNG by dosing it either 10-25 min before or during a meal and make sure I dont get all stimmed out, which with my high metabolism is fairly easy to do. BUT Ive noticed that regardless of how I dose it within an hour I get a fairly strong thermo effect wich pleases me. No super stimmy feeling but still apparent fat loss going on with this level of thermo going on.

Got in a good amount of food yesterday. Prob too many carbs but I AM trying to bulk and just keep fat gain min to nill, any loss is welcome but not my goal, anyway I'm hoping this will make for a strong chest workout today getting to smash on it with SDNG and P-slin x2

edit... one more thing. Im not sure if this is unique to the tester bottles of SDNG or if its the same for the production version but my caps smell considerably of maple and mollasses. I'm not sure if this is an active ingredient in the cap or a filler that causes this BUT Ive been told by my wife even hours after I take it that I smell like syrup, as if this is permeating from my pores with the thermo effect.... makes me wonder if it would change the, eh.... taste of something else as well????

Any tips on what this may be mace? or anyone else in the know?

yes I cant wait as well, im getting fairly excited myself!

Im wondering how many other things Jjohn will be willing to let me add??? I was thinking about adding trisorbagen at the least and maybe a nightly/morning dose of HDX2... but im not sure how much this will skew results, just want to make sure my pct goes off without a hitch.

Whats your opinion on this mace?
