Starting PCT
Hows it. I am starting my PCT tonight. I actually used the Epi up to today since I wanted to finish out the Epi at my last lift of the week, which was extended from last week due to lots of testing(grad) the last week. So in total I have used Epi for 5 1/2 weeks. I was happy to not have any side effects at 40 mg. I have overall added muscle and burned fat, which is actually apparent by the picture I added today of me at week 5.5 Epi, found on my AmSpace under my pics. Actually, I noticed a drop in some fat around the midsection, while overall increasing upper and lower body mass. My weight today was around 220, which I have stayed pretty constant at for the last couple of weeks. I am probably going to add in some more cardio during my PCT to build up some endurance. For the most part, I am a powerlifter, so endurance isn't as important, but I have found myself out of breath when traveling up 3 or so flights of stairs which I don't like, so some running is in order. Today I performed my shoulder and a bit of tricep workout. I will probably do a dead-lift workout tomorrow.

Note: Feeling a bit of tendinitis in right elbow, so will probably start wearing an elbow cuff to keep the joint warm.
