Hey I am just waiting to get my sups from NP and I am looking to start a Log.

But I was wondering what is a good format that is useful to everybody, sometimes I don't think people really care if you bench 150lbs or 200lbs that particular tuesday.

I was thinking just some pointers like:
Energy
Mood
Sexual "rating"
Increase in strenght

Rating them from 1 to 5 or something.
Well obviously my stats, some pics, diet, and list of supps.
Is there anything else you guys think I may add? I want this log to be useful to everybody (including myself).

just check out some other logs ppl have done, noone cares if u take their format (usually)...what supps u plan on logging?

It's a lot of stuff, gonna do it for 3 months.

Have u used any of these before? if not then i'd say pick 2 or 3 and log THOSE and save the others for another log

holy thats a ton of supps you must have some very deep pockets
Not really man, lots of stuff I'm buying bulk, others I've got already. For example for the Fenugreek + Relora + Ashwagandha I will spend around $16 for all 3 of them.

But Maybe you are right. What would you throw out of the mix? If I already got it maybe I'll save for later
Forgot to say X-factor will be bulk

I would save the others for later do a log another time with them just my opinion:thumbsup:

I've used all of them except x-factor and DTHC, so I really wanted to see how they would work out all together, maybe skip the e-form? what do you think?
I've got the horny mack jack stack so maybe I will save that one for later. What else woukd you take out?

id say if ur looking for something new, id stick to what is in BOLD...but be weary about the strick diet u have to be on with X-Factor to see desired results
