Hey I am just waiting to get my sups from NP and I am looking to start a Log.
But I was wondering what is a good format that is useful to everybody, sometimes I don't think people really care if you bench 150lbs or 200lbs that particular tuesday.
I was thinking just some pointers like:
Energy
Mood
Sexual "rating"
Increase in strenght
Rating them from 1 to 5 or something.
Well obviously my stats, some pics, diet, and list of supps.
Is there anything else you guys think I may add? I want this log to be useful to everybody (including myself).
