TC's Drive/RP

Ok so I just bought a bottle of RPM and DRIVE and decided to run a log mostly so I have motivation to keep track of my results. Its the first log ive ever run so bear with me on things. Anyway here is a little background info.
Weight: 192 lbs
Height: 6'0"
BF: ? not fat not cut
Age: 22
Workout Schedule:
Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Shoulders/ Traps
Day 4 - Bi's Tris
Day 5 - Legs (depending on how i feel after certain workouts i might just work legs on any given day.)

Other supps - Creatine, Whey Protein, Cissus
Drive dosage -3 caps both times RPM dosage - 4 caps
Ok if there is any other info anyone wants let me know.

Workout today: Shoulders
Dumbell Mil Presses - 80 x 8, 85 x 8, 90 x 8, 90 x 6
One Arm Side Laterals - 30 x 8, 40 x 8, 40 x 8
Smith Machine Behind Back Shrugs - 225 x 10, 275 x 8, 315 x 8, 365 x 6
Dumbell Shrugs - 125's x 8(4 sets of this)
Hammer Strength Mil Press - 90(on each side) x 10, 135(on each side) x 8, 180(on each side) x 3

This workout was actually one of the worst that I have had in a while. Everything felt heavier than it usually does. This was my first time working out at this gym(I am home from school) and everything felt heavier. The dumbbells seriously felt 5lb heavier than the ones at my school I guess just because they were different or I was just weak today i dont know but I wasnt happy. Anyways I got through it. My shoulder workout might seem weird to some but I have had horrible shoulder problems in the past and these exercises are the only ones that dont physically hurt my shoulders. Ok hope this was a good first post tomorrow is arms. If anyone wants me to add anything to my log let me know. Later.

Yeah I'm ending this log because i decided to stop taking drive/rpm. It dried the **** out of me and brought me too much pain during my workout. Ill keep the bottles and maybe try it another time. Later
