Back & Bi's
3 sets of 5 - Sumo DL superset DB Curls
3 sets of 10 - Chin Ups superset with Preacher Curls (forearms and bi's felt like they were going to xplode after this)
3 sets of 15 - bent over reverse db fly superset with concentration curls
10 minutes of LI cardio. Have a bball game tonight as well.
•Dosage: 2 scoops at breakfast and 2 scoops pre basketball
• Strength: Strength seems to be maintaining or even increasing in some lifts even though I'm dieting.
• Bodyweight/Body Comp: Didn't weigh
• Pumps/Vascularity: Forearms and Bi's were hurting they were pumped so much.
• Endurance: In the gym, it was good, but real test comes tonight.
• Focus: Focus was great today.
