| 2/19/08 - 49th day of Swell Chest & Bi's 3 sets of 5 - DB Bench Press superset Preacher Curls 3 sets of 10 - Incline BB Press superset with Standing DB Curls 3 sets of 15 - Cable Xovers superset with Machine Curls 15 minutes of cardio on stair climber plus bball game tonight. •Dosage: 1 scoops at breakfast, 1 scoops pre w/o, and 1 scoop pre bball game. • Strength: Strenght was on par today. • Bodyweight/Body Comp: 190.5 • Pumps/Vascularity: Veins popping out nicely in arms and shoulder area. • Endurance: Endurance seems to be getting a little better. • Focus: Focus was ok but not super. • Overall Energy: Energy wise, feeling pretty good. • Personal Commentary: Still hanging in their. My past few Dr. visits I've had high blood pressure. I didn't think much about it, but my wife is going back to school for nursing. She's started taking my blood pressure and it's averaging in the 140's for systolic( as high as 156). Diastolic is usually pretty good (80 or under). I went to the Dr. today to get blood drawn for a test. I have a feeling my iron is to high. I thought my vitamins I've been taking we're iron free, but found out they have 50% of my daily allowance. So I've dropped them, and I'm going to stop my Swell intake until I get my tests back to see the results. I don't think Swell has anything to do with my hypertension, but I just want to drop all of my supplements to see if any affect my blood pressure. Also, I've changed my diet a little bit. I'm adding more fruits, and whole grains now for fiber. Only a man with true intelligence recognizes he's a sinner and needs to turn to the Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. |

| 2/20/08 - 46th day of Swell Cardio on tready for 45 minutes •Dosage: none - N/A • Strength: N/A • Bodyweight/Body Comp: 191 this morning • Pumps/Vascularity: N/A • Endurance: Endurance was back on track today. Felt good on the tready. Worked up a nice sweat. • Focus: N/A • Overall Energy: Energy seems to be increasing more. I'm guessing this is from my new diet where I'm consuming more fruits and whole grains and some skim milk to try and lower blood pressure. • Personal Commentary: Overall, feeling back to normal. Looking forward to getting my test results back next week. Will fill you guys in on what I find. Also, I only have like 1 or 2 days worth of Swell left, so I'll be giving my final review at the end of this week. | 2/21/08 Cardio on tready for 30 minutes •Dosage: none - N/A • Strength: N/A • Bodyweight/Body Comp: 191 this morning • Pumps/Vascularity: N/A • Endurance: Endurance was good again today. • Focus: N/A • Overall Energy: Energy seemed to be back to normal. • Personal Commentary: Usually Thursday is my Back/Tri day, but I donated blood this morning so I didn't want to risk lifting to soon. So in turn, I just did 30 minutes of cardio. Will probably give final Swell review tomorrow. | Swell Final Review Again, would like to thank prld2gr8ns and Nimbus Nutrition for the opportunity to test out Swell. I'll rate from a scale of 1 - 10 how I felt Swell affected me and my workouts, endurance etc... 6/10 Strength - Since Swell isn't really directed for strength gains, I wasn't expecting it to do anything in this department. I will say that I've lost 8lbs while running Swell (198 to 190) and my strength hasn't dropped any. I relate this to the increased oxygen delivery to muscles, protein synthesis and increased muscle recovery properties of Swell. 7/10 Bodyweight/Body Comp - Again, I dropped 8lbs while running Swell. While I think my diet played the biggest role in this aspect, I believe Swell assisted in the weight-room and cardio. It helped me push a little harder in the gym and with that a few extra calories burnt. 8/10 Pumps & Vascularity - OK, now we're getting into areas where Swell directly attributed. While I didn't notice a whole lot in pumps at the beginning, after about 10-14 days, the pumps started getting prevalent. By midway through the bottle to the end of the run pumps were intense and veins were popping out of my arms and shoulders. For higher rep exercises (10 reps or up) pumps were almost painful (but in a good way ). 6.5/10 Focus - This was good but not great. For me it seemed to be on/off. Some days it was awesome and some days I just wanted to talk and watch tv instead of working out. This could be just my mentality for the day, but it's what I experienced. 10/10 Endurance - By far the best aspect of Swell. I'm 34 years old playing ball with guys in college and mid 20's. Actually I'm the oldest guy on the team, but at the end of the game, besides one other guy on the team (who's 19 and runs like a deer) we were the only ones that seemed to still have our legs under us. We both are running just as strong up and down the floor at the end of the game as the beginning. I'm very pleased with this property of Swell. 9/10 Energy - Another great property of Swell. This runs a close second to the endurance factor. Swell didn't give me ephedrine type energy but a nice mental & physical lift perse. It was very sublte but noticeble. Didn't have any jitters or anything like that, but had the urge to just get up and do something. 8.5/10 Mood - Really like this part of Swell too. I think it went hand in hand with the energy aspect. It kept me in a good mood all day. I'm more of an introvert naturally and keep to myself, but I noticed I was more open to speaking with strangers and just being in a cheerful mood. One last thing I forgot to note. I believe it boosts your immune system as well. I have a 5 year old daughter who is constantly bringing home a new sickness. Usually she gives it to my wife and my wife gives it to me. It's just a constant rotation at our house, but while on Swell, I made it through 3 rounds of colds and didn't catch any of them. Overall I really enjoyed my Swell experience. I think it would benefit anyone looking for better endurance. So, would I buy Swell again, Yes I would. I would purchase it while I'm trying to cut because I seem to get a little cranky with low carbs and Swell kept me in a good mood. Plus I really loved the extra energy and endurance it gave me in the gym. I would also recommend Swell for anyone participating in sporting activities as the endurance is outstanding.
