| Registered User | 1/24/08 - 24th day of Swell Chest & Bi's 3 sets of 5 - BB Bench Press superset BB Curls 3 sets of 10 - Incline DB Press superset with Preacher Curls 3 sets of 15 - Cable Xovers superset with Cable Curls Still no cardio •Dosage: 2 scoops at breakfast and 2 scoops pre w/o • Strength: Strength was pretty good today. I'm maintaining my strength while losing weight. I'm pleased so far. • Bodyweight/Body Comp: didn't weigh so I'll say 196 • Pumps/Vascularity: Bi's were exploding after workout. Veins running across biceps are starting to show as well. • Endurance: Again, limited on time in the gym due to busy work schedule. Had to get in and out, so I reduced rest intervals on all sets and still hit all #'s. • Focus: Focus was great today. • Overall Energy: Again, another day of great energy throughout the day. • Personal Commentary: Don't know if it's the cumulitave effects of Swell, the weight loss, the diet or what, but I've been feeling like a million bucks lately. I ran fine, but just couldn't kick it into high gear. • Focus: N/A • Overall Energy: Energy has been good, not sure why I coudn't take it up a notch playing ball. Usually by the 15 to 20 minute mark everybody slows down a step or two and that's when I try to push it. While I did push it, I had no overdrive. • Personal Commentary: Nothing new except dissapointed that my weight jumped up. Not sure why as my diet's been spot on. Was able to go at a pretty high intensity for the entire length of cardio session. • Focus: N/A • Overall Energy: Energy still off the charts. • Personal Commentary: Pleased to see the weight drop back to normal, but hope it stays and it's just not water loss from basketball. Have a bball game tonight as well. •Dosage: 2 scoops at breakfast and 2 scoops pre basketball • Strength: Strength seems to be maintaining or even increasing in some lifts even though I'm dieting. • Bodyweight/Body Comp: Didn't weigh • Pumps/Vascularity: Forearms and Bi's were hurting they were pumped so much. • Endurance: In the gym, it was good, but real test comes tonight. • Focus: Focus was great today. • Overall Energy: • Personal Commentary: Everyting is going good today. | Registered User | 1/29/08 - 29th day of Swell Routine: Shoulders 3 sets of 5 Military Press superset with DB Lateral Raises 3 sets of 10 DB Upright Rows superset with DB Shrugs 3 sets of 15 Cable front rows superset with 20 reps of sit-ups In training class all day so no carido •Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon • Strength: #'s went up from last shoulder workout. • Bodyweight/Body Comp: 195 this morning. • Pumps/Vascularity: Shoulders got an awesome pump. • Endurance: Great, was able to up the weight and keep the rest intervals the same. • Focus: Again, superb. Mind was solely on the weights. • Overall Energy: Still on high. • Personal Commentary: Won the basketball game last night. The other team was pretty poor, I think we beat them by close to 50 points. I have a 5 year old daughter that plays ball, and I think her team could have played better. As far as endurance, we had 9 players last night. The guys on my team would sub everyone out except me. So it seems other people are noticing I'm not giving out as much as everyone else. Today I chose the Fat Loss routine and it was pretty good. The goal was to keep my heart rate at 121. So I pretty much stayed at a speed of 3.5 and an incline of 10 - 11 for the entire time. I increased the weight on all tri exercises but had to do rest pause on the last set of most of the tri's to complete the sets. • Bodyweight/Body Comp: still holding at 196. I think I'm going to drop calories by about 200, cause I've been sticking at 196 for about 2 weeks now. • Pumps/Vascularity: Honestly, it's been a long time since my tri's were as pumped as they were today. • Endurance: Endurance was good, had another meeting I had to go to after my workout, so I was in and out of the gym in 30 minutes. • Focus: Focus was great today. • Overall Energy: Still good • Personal Commentary: Been reading up on the Velocity Diet. I finally felt like I had my legs under me, and was able to go strong the entire game.
