day 24:is really starting to make it easier for me to lift heavy my DB bench when up (+10lbs with DB's) yay!
I am trying to use S-GH to its full extent by doing 4-5 sets per excerise I am noticing gains that are very good.
weight is up +4lbs, i look much more anabolic as in pumped up, sleep and recovery are both excellent...
DB bench: 80lbsx12, 90lbsx10, 100lbsx2x8
DB incline: 80lbsx12, 85x10, 95lbsx8, 90lbsx8
chest machine: 140lbsx3x12
Decline: 225x12, 245x10, 275x8, 285x6
smith incline: 135x12, 225x8, 245x8
chest press machine: 225x12, 315x10, 405x2x5
and...i dont even feel sore HEHE!!....i was getting a lil sore @ the gym but it when away after my workout....
