day 24: somnidren-GH is really starting to make it easier for me to lift heavy my DB bench when up (+10lbs with DB's) yay!
I am trying to use S-GH to its full extent by doing 4-5 sets per excerise I am noticing gains that are very good.
weight is up +4lbs, i look much more anabolic as in pumped up, sleep and recovery are both e****lent...
DB bench: 80lbsx12, 90lbsx10, 100lbsx2x8
DB incline: 80lbsx12, 85x10, 95lbsx8, 90lbsx8
chest machine: 140lbsx3x12
Decline: 225x12, 245x10, 275x8, 285x6
smith incline: 135x12, 225x8, 245x8
chest press machine: 225x12, 315x10, 405x2x5
and...i dont even feel sore HEHE!!....i was getting a lil sore @ the gym but it when away after my workout....

day 25: today was a leg day, workout squats when up some weight so i am gaining still...
weight and diet are still about the same..no sides to report, just some good results in recovery lol
hack squats: 315x10, 405x2x8

leg extensions: 130lbsx10, 150lbsx10, 160lbsx10

today was my last night was my last dosing of somnidren-GH....today was bi's/tri's workout
no sides throughtout the course....very vivid dreams though
I will be doing a final review of it tonight or tomorrow and post it here pending when i got time to do so...

Review of somnidren GH course:
first I would like to thanks MST and matt for allowing me to do this log on their new product somnidren GH....
Recovery is something that you notice from day 1 of using this supp. it GREATLY, takes a way recovery time and allows the muscles to grow and stay in a anabolic state.
workout intensity I did have an increase though mainly do to the amount of REM sleep, I didnt really feel tired thoughout the day...
I had a 4lbs weight increase though this log, and my appieate was through the roof....signs of growth yay!
all my major lifts when up 10lbs some 12lbs, on my bench DB, squats, and shoulder miltary press..
This product great for anyone who suffers from sleeping problems and doesnt feel rested enough to workout though it would improve anyones lifting abiltlies...
Sleep is something none of us loggers can emphasize enough, you get some vivid dreams and sleep solid on it....
I didnt have any sides, soo I cant talk about that area...
Another good this about this is I didn't need to keep as much protein in my diet to stay anabolic which is a benefit....
