| Registered User | damn im having some poor workouts latly i believe its me not being able to get the gym early enough, i worked back yesterday and did about 2-3 sets each exercise it was pretty sad but pumps were unbelievable and unbearable i just incorporated anabolic pump into my stack and its only been a day i believe it may have somthing to do with the pumps anyways today im gonna work legs or chest still deciding probably legs considering i worked back yesterday, and take a break tomorrow then hit it up sat then break sunday. also last night i threw up everyywhere so i havent been feeling good but it was definatly somthing i ate things are good now so i guess we will see what happens "strength is the product of struggle" -KING |

| Registered User | OH boy my bad workouts are a thing of the past i got myself in the mindset so well yesterday, i found out a secret mars volta (the band) but anyways it was very sick i think my workout from last week high (25+) reps low weight moving up to high weight low reps (4-10) made my legs growwwww, the numbers are amazing, not only that the only thing i was unhappy about is i took long breaks between sets around 5 minutes i just wanted to make sure i gave it my all, i know they say ninty second to 2 minute rests but does it really matter since im ecto???. anyways to the numbers!!!squats 135x30 225x15 315x12 405x10 !!!!!!! shoulders military press 95x15 95x15 115x12 135x10 superset with one set of DB military press 55x15 side cable raises (in front then superset with behind the back) 25lbsx10 25x10 30x10 30x10 calfs on the leg press 180x20 270x20 270x20 360x20 so it wasnt a workout with a lot of sets but the sets i completed i hit the muscles hard, today i feel dead so all feels well, stay tuned for pics this weekend later! Dead Tired That Is TODAY HAD TO BE THE MOST AMAZING CHEST DAY I HAVE EVER HAD....EVER!!! i finally was able to tolorate my wrist today so i went with flat bench which i havent done in a long long time so here is how my workout panned out. flat bench 135x20 185x15 225x10 250x5!! coulda pushed one or 2 more but wanted to go easy on the wrist Dumbell incline 45x20 55x15 55x15 incline flys superset dropset 45x10 35x10 30x10 45x10 cable flys 100x10 100x10 100x10 then from there i did some abs i also performed some other sets but i cant remember what i did lol nothing spectacular just low weight high slow reps i give this workout a A++++ ![]() "strength is the product of struggle" -KING |

i was impressed by my bench today because i havent benched in months due to my wrist, im hoping for 315 for 4 reps by may or june april would be nice :-), everything else with the workout i was basically just trying to hit the chest hard! i tried to go heavy on incline like i did last week but i couldnt make the same numbers probably flat bench got me winded, next workout ill hit decline first and switch it up every week.... incline.....flat...decline and rotate ya know?? anyways tomorrow is my off day and i got furnature coming to the house tomorrow so i gotta get some sleep, later!!! oohhh also pics tomorrow ill post last pics with the new ones peace "strength is the product of struggle" -KING | |
