I got it for free so I figured why not test it out and let you guys know what I thought. Overall the pumps were awesome, I began with 2 pills pre workout for all muscle groups, then realzied with so many pills I could bump it up and still get a good amount of time from the bottle. I began with 4 pills and the pumps began to get pretty intense. Strenght gains were good, seemed that I could get the extra reps out during heavier sets. The bottle called for 4 pills pre/post workout, but I never used it post workout and the results were great. I had never used a creatine based pill before, and being that I got this one for free, and the results were pretty great, I may be tempted to actually buy one if the price was right. Overall defianatly worth trying if you can get a bottle, although im sure there are similar products out there that many of you have tried, however I have not and cannot comment on them.
