I’m currently trying to bulk up as much as possible, which isn’t the easiest thing to do while living in a dorm, but I’ve put together the best diet I can in my situation: Meal 1: 4 eggs, 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup FF milk Meal 2: 1 can of solid white albacore tuna, 2 piece of whole wheat bread, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup FF milk Meal 3: (Preworkout) 1 scoop of ON 100% Whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal Meal 3: (Postworkout) 1 scoop of ON 100% Whey, 1 Banana, 1/2 cup oatmeal Meal 4: 8oz. Lean meat, 1 small red potato, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup FF milk Meal 5: 1 cup FF Cottage Cheese, 4 tablespoons natural PB The above adds up to about 3000 calories. I'm currently on Rippetoe's program, which looks like this: Workout A 3x5 Squat 3x5 Bench Press 1x5 Deadlift 2x8 Dips Workout B 3x5 Squat 3x5 Military press 3x5 Pendlay Rows 2x8 Chin-ups I alternate between A and B exercises, and workout Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with 25-30 minutes of low intensity cardio after each session. I also do 45-60 minutes of low intensity fasted cardio at least once a week. As of this writing I weigh 167-170 lbs, my weight likes to fluctuate for some reason, but generally stays in the same 2-3 pound range. As I said before, my main goal is to add LBM, but a recomp effect would also be nice (still trying to figure out my cals!) Tomorrow I'll be doing workout B, and will dose 1 cap in the morning to asses my tolerance. Could any reps comment on how they would like the loggers to dose during our logs? Just on workout days, whenever we feel like? I noticed that you aren't supposed to take it every day, so I'd like some guidance. Can't wait to get started | |

| Registered User | 1st Dose Score on Jet's Euphoria scale (out of 5): ![]() Took one cap this morning about 20 minutes before breakfast. It seemed like it helped to wake me up some, and I was starting to get a euphoric feeling in my body. I was pretty impressed I could feel one cap, the only downside was that after about an hour the feelings all went away, and I got pretty sleepy. I think I'll take two caps sometime later tonight ![]() |

| Registered User | Dose 2 Score on the Euphoria scale (out of 5): ![]() Took two caps before I went and hung out with some friends tonight. Noticed more of a euphoric feeling in my body, lasted a little longer this time. I think I'll really be able to feel it at the full three caps. |

I was in a pretty terrible mood all day, and after I took my dose, I didn't feel any sort of euphoric feeling in my body or energy, and I was starting to wonder when the nEuphoria was going to kick in. I started to notice that I was really calm. I wasn't stressing about things anymore, and situations that would normally annoy the hell out of me didn't bother me. It was definitely different than my other two doses, but it was pretty enjoyable |

| Registered User | No congestion to report on Dancebot, but I haven't been dosing it everyday so that may explain it. I have been crashing sort of frequently with it too Cool. I get a good energy boost and then get pretty sleepy. I usually take it at the end of my day like Dancebot though so it's not much of a problem. |

I had good energy and mood early in the day, but crashed hard at around 4:30 and was having trouble staying awake in class. I took my third dose after that, but it didn't do much to wake me up. Would have rated at 4 's if it weren't for the crash. |

| Registered User | nice log man.. i definitly feel a crash about 4-5 hours after i take it but not as bad as other stims.. Dance bot i am getting sick as well but i really doubt it is from the product or has any relation at all.... keep up the good work...
