My previous experience with a beta-alanine was with purple wraath and that was a very pleasant experience. I'm going to find out if AEN is THE name in beta-alanine products
My current stats:
wt 183.5 lbs
% unknown < 19%
lower % to 15 or lower
3 day split
Monday - chest/triceps
Weds - back/biceps
Friday - legs/shoulders
Cardio is done on a bicycle usually on off days.
I'll keep a workout log and my thoughts on each workout here. My current workout log will be updated only with workout info. My current workouts have been good but lackluster due to all the colds I've had since sept-oct, I'm very confident AEN's products will have me raising the bar over my best days.

My goodies came after I returned from the gym, took a serving and got my tingles on
2 servings of intraXcell, 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon
I didn't notice the tingling, perhaps my taking them with food is the reason.
I started to ride a bike back in July. I was improving pretty well until I was sick with the cold and flu for most of Sept. I restarted in Oct til being sick once again! Now I'm basically starting over again.

I felt the tingling today after taking the 3 pills.

I mixed 1 scoop of intrabolic in 20oz of water. I shook well and let it settle. I open the air vent and the foam went away. 20oz is way too much water, tasted too diluted. I'm going to try 10oz on monday. The taste would've been good if I hadn't put 20oz in. I sipped before and thru out the workout. I sipped 10oz by the end of the workout. I kept sipping on my work back to work and then downed the remaning 5oz. That's when I felt the tingles in my feet. Does this stuff work? Yes it does. Granted it'll take sometime to adjust and get the B-A working better, but there were times while I worked out that I felt wiped out but was able to keep going. It's not like you keep going and will hurt pull a muscle, a keep going as in an xtra boost or an invincible spotter helping you finish. That's what makes B-A so awesome IMHO It's really hard to describe the feeling unless you experience it yourself. My pumps were normal, I get a decent pump after each set.

I forgot the goods at work over the weekend. I took the first serving of intraxcell with breakfast 2. It tooks some time to kick in, but I was surprised how strong the feeling is, it's not so much the tingles but like a different feeling. Today I tried 12oz of water with intrabolic. I shook it and let it settle for ~5 minutes and let it vent out. There was still foam. I shook it again, let it settle, no more foam. I sipped it on the way to the gym. It tastes way less diluted, still not strong enough for my taste buds. I'm going to try 10oz of water on Weds. The flavor is similiar to a jolly rancher. My hams are my weak spot, they've always been that way. I've been doing more sets and high reps on them to get em warmed up. It feels too ez to pull them, plus I'm not going for size as I think my legs are still too big/fatty. My leg workouts are pretty light since I like to ride the bike, I don't want to be too sore doing my night time cardio rides. The B-A is kicking in, there's a big difference in my workout compared to last week's. I'm happily impressed and it's only the 2nd dose of intrabolic....so far it's looking good

WOW! You have some insane taste buds! I need more water, mostly b/c I drink a lot of water during a workout. Its hard for me to just sip, I like to have a few swigs in between sets.

I took intraxcell with my 2nd breakfast. I mixed intrabolic with 10oz of water today. I shake it twice to get the foam to disappear, it does go away. I had some decent gains on the rack pull. I ordered some new gloves and a hook as well. I'm not able to keep my grip too well on the heavy rack pulls, I tried with various grip positions. My gloves are from like high school, so probably older then some members here
All in all, a brutal workout, the B-A is kicking in and kicking butt.

Woooot, the B-A is kicking in Definitely something you'll start to notice, just like you have.
Maybe try doing some grip-work once or twice a week to help out with the rack pulls.

I finally am back to my max range for the db press. My grip used to give out doing db preses but now it feels like my tris are hindering me. The B-A helped me get thru my fast paced workout. I don't feel like I'm recovering as well as I should be tho, I'm getting more sore a day later and feeling worn out, I could just not be in top shape still. I mixed it again with 10oz, seems to be the spot I like it at.

I took 2 servings on intraxcell over the weekend. I didn't get a chance to do any cardio, altho chasing after a toddler is pretty exhausting. I get today off and took 1 serving of intraxcell and hit the gym at an earlier time. 10oz of water with intrabolic again.

My rack pulls sucked today, not sure why. I get a flu shot yesterday, maybe that's affecting me. I tried using the hooks but it felt weird and went back to just gloves. I was pretty dead after doing the rack pulls. I'm moving rear delts back to shoulder day, just too much to do.
My pull ups went real well, busting out a best of back to back 7 pull ups.

Felt pretty good today, my db bench press is getting stronger. I get some mad burns finishing the reps. My fingers and back felt pumped after trying some bouldering on the rock wall.
