L-Dopa+Alpha-GPC+GABA(Abyss)+Phenibut(Abyss): Should yield some kind of HGH release, failing that I'll get some sleep.
I have a **** load of other stuff that I will consider in the future, mostly nootropics, but right now the obvious problem to me is my workout is pretty piss poor... Keep in mind this is my first really planned bulk, the rest of this year has been recomp or cutting, but my newbie recomp gains have stopped and I have gone from 110kg to 85kg, now it's time to fill out all this extra skin I have.

Things I would love some advice on:
My sets... I only use dumbbells, I went a litttttttle crazy on supplements and other things came up so I won't be buying a new set + bench for a week or two... So most things need to be doable with house hold items, and a dumbbell... Or Kids play equipment at the local school. I am not really interested in legs right now, they look pretty ripped to me, I do cross country running so they really work them selves.
Uhm I bet I am missing something... But I'm sure you guys will point me in the right direction!
