Took my first dosages of winztrol. Stuff made me instantly starting pissing. I was in the bathroom atleast 5 times within a 3/4 hour period.

Took m-drol on time as well. Went to a party, I had to be the DD because of the cycle. Lame!

Workout went well. I never really have placebo effects. Lifts were identical, except incline went up.

Flat 185 x 6
Decline 225 x4
Incline 195 x 6
Standing Calf Raise - 175 x 8 hybrid
DB Fly - 55 x 6
Hammer Curl - 45 x 6
Cable Straight Bar - 110 x 6 (first time doing this, never again, no pump)
DB Curl 50 x 6
Hammer Strength Machine EZ Curl 110 x 4

I got very light headed when working out, dont know why. If anyone would have a reason why my father and I can both incline more then we can bench, i''d like to know. We have similar strengths and weakness.

My eyes arent so read any more from the triangle choke my buddy put me in. So, thats good.
Unfortunately, I F'd up on the 28th. I had 3 hours a sleep from the halloween bashes. Being sober sucks.

Now - for today (the 29th)

I woke up. Noticed unbelievable difference in definition. Like I was waterloaded for a while, but now I got the whole circular tit lookin peck. WooHoo! My arms look pumped. I just did a minor flex and I had ROCK HARD BI's. I feel more solid. Definitely good.
Dosing the tuarine @ 5G' a day, basically a spoonful, it disolves into my water, cant taste it.

I FELT Fukc'in awesome! Im not even tired, 2 1/2 hours proper rest time. Felt great, unbelievable pump in the bi. Chest was swole. I feel awesome. Pounded about 100oz of water. today is the 4th day. Im lovin this invincible feeling. feel like a beast.

Felt good. nothing to real intense of a workout, but went well.

INSANE PUMP….DB presses went up HEAVILY for shoulders!
Finished the night off with a BBQ with the buds eating carne asada! MMMMM!
This whole week prior to this day, I was VERY tired; I woke up late for work everyday. Definitely think I had leth. Trying to overdose carbs, I’m at around 206lbs now. But look leaner. I’m sure these next few days will be the best part of the cycle.

Burn outs on - press down twist; overhead, and pull back

Chest / Bi
I cannot stress enough how stupid I probably look at the gym, a few grunts and strains. A few “come on little b!tch, 3 more, 2 more, 1 more” (heads turn) Felt invincible. I’m mixing up my dosages now; I’m taking the winztrol at 7:30 AM, then m-drol at 12ish then again around 5, then winztrol @ 10 or so.

Diet has changed to a little bit more of a dirty bulk, I wasn’t getting in the required fats, but now I am. I was being a bit to picky, but since I started grubbing more and more, everything appears better.

The DB on the chest was insane, numbers I never hit, and I skipped my maxes by 10lbs.

Completely! Insane!

Incline 85 x 4 (kind of tweaked my shoulder from the strain when lifting off)
