Never felt that much DOMS in the back as I did yesterday. Other than that, not much else to report. Workout was normal..with a 10 lb increase on the leg press. Squats were a struggle with the same weight. Pump was decent but not as incredible as the last workout. All other feelings have been at a constant. |
