| Registered User | Nosnmiveins' DRIVE to get BIG Ok well as you can tell this log is for AN's DRIVE. My shipment should be in my possession tomorrow, so depending what time it arrives i might begin the log tomorrow or tuesday. I was bed-ridden for approx 2 months due to intestinal complications and am now back into the swing of things. I lost 25 lbs and plan on gaining that all back + more. GOALS: Gain size and strength while maintaining my 8%bf **Also, my diet is not very clean because i am doing somewhat of a dirty bulk, but it MAINLY consist of eggs, chicken breast, turkey, tuna, and whey. Drive 2 caps upon waking approx 1hour-30minutes before breakfast 2 caps 1 hour before workout Other Supps Pre-Workout: 1 scoop Smash 2 grams BA 2 scoops Xtend Imediately Post-Workout: 2 scoops WMS 2 scoops Xtend 2 grams BA 25-30 Post-Workout: 2 scoops Whey Workout Routine: Monday - Chest/tris Tuesday - Back/bis Wednesday - Legs Thursday - Shoulders Friday - Bis/tris ** abs done mon-fri My log will contain the following only on workout days unless i feel the need to mention something about an off day. Strength: Bodyweight/Body Comp: Pumps/Vascularity: Endurance: Aggression: Focus: Libido: Muscle Density/Hardening: Overall Energy: Personal Commentary: I received a sample of DRIVE friday and began then (3 day sample supply) along with whats left of my FAST-TWITCH. *Didnt notice much friday except that i sweat a little more than normal. Saturday was an off day and didnt notice anything. Sunday was also an off day, but i have to say that LIBIDO is definetly up along with a since of euphoria and just happy about everything. ![]() |

Now i have all of my supplements Smash WMS Drive Xtend Bulk BAA Normal dosage of Drive will be 2 upon waking and 2 1hour pre-workout, but since i just recieved my drive 10 minutes ago, i took 2 now and will take 2 later in the day...then back to normal tomorrow check back later for more!! |

| Registered User | DAY 1 (4th day using Drive, 1st day working out with it) Chest and tri's **weight x reps x sets Incline BB press (smith machine b/c i didnt have anyone to spot me today) 105x10x2 135x10x1 Incline BB close grip 135x10x1 135x6x1 Flat BB press wide grip (smith machine) 135x10x2 Incline DB 50x10x2 55x10x2 Tricep push-down 120x10x2 140x10x1 Single arm pull down 50x10x2 60x10x1 60x8x1 Rope pull down 80x10x2 Dips bodyweightx10x1 bodyweightx8x1 Strength: definetly up from last monday, even though the #'s are horrible Bodyweight/Body Comp: N/A Pumps/Vascularity: Great pumps, even at 8%bf i have to be in 110 degree weather to have any veins showing Endurance: great, last a solid hour, usually only do 45 min Aggression: slightly raised, nothing too much Focus: great focus Libido: yesturday it was wayyy up, nothing noticeable today Muscle Density/Hardening: felt dense while working out but it seems to have worn off, no lasting hardening feeling Overall Energy: great energy today, jumped from one thing to the next Personal Commentary: Had a great wrokout today, energy was good and somehow strength was way up, i would have done more weight with less reps but i didnt have a spotter |
