    i think im missing some things...

    Strength: felt strongggg today, never been able to do 180lbs on cable pushdowns before...especially not 10 reps. i did a lot more sets today than i normally do...felt amazing
    Bodyweight/Body Comp: 182, seem to be leaning out in my mid-section
    Pumps/Vascularity: holy sh*t i thought my arms we going to explode!!!
    Endurance: way up!! thought i could go forever today
    Aggression: little up
    Focus: really good
    Libido: nothing really
    Muscle Density/Hardening: arms are hard as a rock
    Overall Energy: great
    Personal Commentary: amazing workout once again, pumps were crazy and i felt strong as an ox, my workout buddies were just staring at me the whole time because i kept doing set after set after set with NO rest in between.

    side note: elbows felt extremely dry and painful when i started todays workout...but they got better about 10 minutes into my workout

    First off, i added 3 RPM and 8 Neovar and will continue doing so

    Strength: up on benchpress today
    Bodyweight/Body Comp: 183, seem to be leaning out in my mid-section
    Pumps/Vascularity: insane pump, almost painful
    Endurance: awesome
    Aggression: way up
    Focus: really good
    Libido: nada
    Muscle Density/Hardening: i feel swoooole
    Overall Energy: great
    Personal Commentary: awesome workout, i felt better and better as i went, i felt stronger at the end then when i started. got and awsome chest pump which is extremely rare for me

    Aggression: uppp
    Focus: really good
    Libido: considering there werent any hotties in the gym today, not very high
    Muscle Density/Hardening: arms are getting hard, chest feels solid from yesturday
    Overall Energy: great
    Personal Commentary: not my best workout, i worked out without my partners today so i tried to slow things down but i couldnt and got spent too fast. sweated a little more than usual today
