    Not much to report as today is an off day.

    Took 3 Drive + 5 neovar this morning 30min before eating my breakfast. Then took 5more neovar with 2 drive at 2pm 30min before a meal.

    Overall feeling today is good. Great mood, and really looking forward to working out tomorrow.

    Vascularity and muscle hardness seems to be improving. Libido also continuing to come back.

    I kinda tweaked my back the other day, so it is a bit sore, should make Rack Pulls fun tomorrow..lol

    Will update tomorrow after the gym.

    Day 12

    Neovar-
    Doesed 5 neovar 5min prior to eating my pre workout meal, and 5 25min prior to my post workout meal. I was just playing with dosing a bit to see which i prefer. I really like to get the neovar in the range of 15-30min before eating.

    Drive
    I wanted to try Drive after my pre workout meal, so i ate my meal, then an hour later dosed 3 drive(+3 rpm). I realy prefer to get the drive and rpm in on a totally empty stomach, so i will just stick to taking them 30min-1hr before eating.

    RPM
    I have decided to add RPM into the equation ONLY on training days. I will dose 3 caps with my drive 30 min before i eat my pre workout meal.

    Notes-
    Had a great workout today. Increased on everything. I subbed in Rack Deads for Hammer Strength Rows. The last time i did Rack Deads was on my epi cycle, and i actually beat that number getting 405x6reps. Can't complain about that.

    Overal intensity is was very good today, and vascularity is continuing to improve on the tops of my fore-arms.

    Hope to keep up the constant progression.

    Summary to date

    Thought i would give a summary of my thoughts thus far. I am almost done with my first bottle, and figured it would be a good time to do so.

    • Strength:- Strength has been improving steadily. I am happy with the results in this dept so far.
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp:- I have noticed some decent changes here. Body weight has increased, while waist measurement is staying about the same.
    • Pumps/Vascularity: Good pumps, and vascularity seems to have definetly improved.
    • Endurance: Good endurance. I always seem to have gas in the tank, throughout my entire workout.
    • Aggression: I notice good agression to lift in the gym, and outside i have a great sense of well being.
    • Focus: Good focus in the gym. My motivation to lift is also improved.
    • Libido: Libido has most definetly improved. Not fully restored, but starting to come into swing.
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: I notice some decent hardening/density changes. Nothing too extreme, but it is noticable.
    • Overall Energy: Decent energy..

    Training Notes

    Incline Smith press
    Increased the weight by 10lbs and got the same reps. That was exactly what i wanted to do. Will add some weight next time too, and try to maintain the same reps.

    Smith Mil press
    Added 5lbs here and got the same amount of reps. I am going to add another 5lbs next week and try and maintain the same reps.

    Rev grip bench(smith)- added 5lbs here, and got the same reps. Going to add a bigger chunk of weight next time and try and bring down my rep range slightly.

    Assisted Wide Grip Pullup-
    My goal last time was to beat my reps by 2, and i did that. I have ran out of weight to take off on these, so i am going to have to either beat reps 1 more time, or sub them for something else.

    Rack Deads
    Last time i did these was on my epi cycle, and i had 405x5. Today i managed 405x6, so i was happy. Going to try and stick to 405 again. I would like to get my rep range a bit higher on these(8-10)range. Then i will add weight.

    I noticed a lot of machine work. Is there a specific reason?

    Especially the Smith Machine. You can cause a great deal of imbalances and set yourself up for injury.

    Yea, i don't have a training partner, and doing rest paused sets on regular incline bench is difficult with no spotter. I always end my sets on a negative, so the only way to do that without someone there to jerk the weight off me is Smith, or Hammer Strength.

    I have added incline DB presses for one of my chest excersises. And will likely add Decline DB, or flat db when i stall out on one of my other chest movements.



    What imbalances are you refering too?

    Ya i hear ya on that. All i can do is try and be safe i guess untill i get a consistant partner.

    Some things i have noticed. It seems i have been getting better quality sleep the last few days. I don't wake up during the night, and i have been having some intense dreams. I am not usually a dreamer, but this seems to have been consistant the last few days.

    Will see if it continues.

    Other then that i feel good. Mood is great, and i am eager as hell to hit the gym tomorrow.

    The drive is the only form of test booster you are taking right? I bet the dreams are from the drive increasing your test.

    Yup. I am literally only taking Drive, Neovar, and Orange triad. Usually some poseidion during my workouts. Just added RPM.

    But i agree i think it is the drive.

    No ZMA for me.

    I will make a mental note and see if they continue. They only time i really have had any memorable dreams were on x-dream, and abyss, but haven't taken either for a while.

    Day 14

    Supplements
    NEOVAR

    DRIVE
    I took 3 drive 45min prior to my pre workout meal, and took 2 caps 45 min prior to a meal at 2pm

    RPM.
    3 caps with DRIVE pre workout.

    Notes-
    Had a GREAT workout. By the end i was sweating like crazy. I made some good strength progress on all lifts, and beat my log book on every movement.

    I felt focused, and very energetic. Was going strong throughout my whole workout.

    Libido is almost back to full swing!! Big plus for me.

    Training Notes

    Incline DB curls Did these with my thumb side of my hand against the plates. Added 2 reps over my last time numbers. Going to leave these 1more time before increasing. Will aim to beat my reps by another 2.

    Reverse Curls
    Kept the weight the same here, but beat my reps by 2. Will increase the weight next time, and try and maintain close to the same reps.

    Hack machine calf raises-
    Beat my reps on these by 2. Going to add some weight next time, and try and keep reps the same.

    Standing leg curl- Increased the weight 10lbs on these, and still beat my reps. Gotta increase the weight on these again, probally will add a more signifigant amount to help lower rep range a tad.

    Squats
    I subbed these in for leg press. There was a lady using the leg press machine for literally 45 min. She was on it when i walked into the gym, all the way untill it was time for my quads.

    I decided to throw squats in, as i haven't squated in over a year due to an injury.

    I wanted to start out nice and light, and go SLOW and deep, in order to get my form back. I was doing these very controlled and slow, and will likely pick up my tempo a bit next time i hit these.

    I got 225 x 7 ass to my heels, which is dissapointing mentally, as before i got injured i was squatting 365x5. I will likely make great gains on these though. I managed 145x20, keeping my slow tempo, and going ALL the way down. I used to be able to get 245 or so for 20. Funny thing is my leg press, is still where it used to be, just squats suffered big time. So i will continue to bust my ass and try and get these back.

    Yesterday and today were off days.

    I have noticed i am still having intense dreams. And sleep is still great.

    My libido has been through the roof the past few days. I would say it has fully recovered at this point, and is probally even slightly elevated. I had doubts if DRIVE could deliver in this area, but it has really done a great job in this dept.

    Mood is still great, and i look forward to hitting the gym tomorrow morning.

    I decided last week to up my protein intake up, and lower carbs slightly.

    Noticed some great energy,focus, and pumps today. I was eager to workout and did not fatigue at all. I am really enjoying this stack i must say..

    My libido is holding strong, which is a BIG plus to me.

    Incline Dumbbell Press I upped my weight up to 90's on these and managed to only lose 1 rep. Which is great. I am going to probally increase another 5lbs next time i hit these, or mabey even 10lbs to bring my rep range down slightly

    Hammer Strength Mil Press Added 20lbs on these, and only lost 1rep. Very nice increase here. Probally going to add another 20lbs next time to help bring down the rep range.

    Hammer Strength Dip-
    Added 20lbs to these and got 3less reps. Going to add another 20+lbs next time as my rep range is still much higher then i like it. I thought the addition of 20lbs would have brought it down more then it did.

    Hs Pull Down-
    Added 10lbs to these and beat my reps by 2. My back continues to get stronger and stronger. I love it..lol Going to add more like 20-30lbs next time on these.

    Hammer Strength Deads
    I added 50lbs to my heavy set, and lost only 2 reps. On my light set i added 40lbs and managed 10 reps at that. More weight to be added next time i hit this.

    Not much to report as today is an off day.

    Took 3 drive and went for an hour walk with my dog. Then took 5 neovar, and ate breakfast 15min later.

    Took my second dose of 2 drive 45min prior to a meal at 1pm, and 15min prior to the meal i took neovar.

    I have been a little sluggish today, not sure why.

    Libido is still elevated. I think this product worked very well for me in this regard.

    Looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow. Will update after my workout.

    Supplements

    Neovar
    Dosed 5 caps 15min(5:30am)prior to my pre workout meal, and 5 caps 15 min prior(8:00)am to my post workout meal.

    DRIVE
    3 caps pre workout 45min prior to eating my pre workout meal. Also will take 3 caps 45min prior to eating at 1pm.

    RPM
    Took 3 caps of RPM with drive this morning pre-workout.

    Notes-
    Had a good workout today. I made improvements on everything. The 2.5lb, and 5lb weights are becoming my best friends. The main focus is to keep making constant progress, weather it is adding 2.5lbs and getting the same reps, beating reps at the same weight, or adding a bit more weight and losing a rep or two. It gets to a point where adding a rep or two is hard to do everytime, and that is where the 2.5lb's come in.

    I felt great, and motivated to lift. My endurance was through the roof. I had a good deal of agression, and intensity today.

    Pumps and vascularity were very good today.

    Libido has started to level off a bit, but still is MUCH increased from the start of this log.

    Hammer Curls
    Beat these by 1 at the same weight. I will try and beat reps again next time, as the DB's only increase in 5lb incriments, and that is a sizeable jump on these.

    Seated Calf Raise-
    Increased these by 5lbs, and got the same reps. As usual my calf's are DEAD.

    Lying Leg Curl-
    Added 2.5lbs and kept reps the same. Will add another 2.5lbs next week.

    Hs Hack Squat
    I kept the weight the same on my heavy set, and beat my reps by 2, getting 8 reps. On my widowmaker set, i upped the weight by 10lbs, and got my full 20.

    Very possable. My core has always been pretty strong so i may not have noticed it as pronounced as you if it was a weaker area for you.

    I know my chest is really starting to catch up lately.

    Today was an off day..

    Not a whole lot to note for today.

    Still feeling pretty good as far as mood goes. Libido is still up.

    Vascularity was decent today for it being an off day.

    TOmorrow is my chest/delt/tri/back day, so it should be fun.
