1 arm preacher curls (3x7 each arm)
Palms facing pull down (4x7) PR
Seated close grip row (4x7) PR
Close hammer grip pulldown (4x7)
EZBar Cur (2x7)l
Random Abs thrown in
• Strength: Felt REAL strong today. Set 2 PRs.
• Bodyweight/Body Comp: Will weigh on monday.
• Pumps/Vascularity: Arms were pumped crazy. Hurt me to bend them after curl sets. VEins everywhere
• Endurance: Endurance was high. Finished all sets, did alot of sets...felt good
• Aggression: Felt aggressive..Was angry at the gym
• Focus: Very focused workout. Knocked out the workout in about 1:10, so that was nice.
• Libido: Nothing...my libido is through the roof anyway, so I cant really see it improving
• Muscle Density/Hardening: muscles feel dense. not sure if this is a big improvement yet...but ill start paying more attention
• Overall Energy: Had good energy all day. My mood was good too...didnt try to shoot myself out of boredom once at work today, which is rare (kidding...im not suicidal)
• Personal Commentary: Felt good today...i think this stuff is really starting to kick in, but we'll see tomorrow and over the weekend. No sides yet. |
