    DAY 1:
    No newspaper...be lenient on this rule haha

    I'll be logging Drive and RPM, which i received today. I'll betaking 2 Drive when i wake up and 2 1 hr before Workout, as well as 3 RPM

    Background:
    6'6 - 200 lbs

    Current Split- Alternate every week
    Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull or Pull/Push/Legs/Pull/Push

    Other Supps:
    Beta Alanine/Cit. Malate/Creatine Mono/Multi/Whey

    Diet:
    3500-4000 Calories per day, mostly comprised of Oats and Lean meats

    Todays Workout: Push day
    Incline db bench
    Decline Bench
    Flat Bench
    Flys
    Cable Crossover
    Rope Pushdown
    Straight bar push down (both over and underhand)

    All future logs will have this template included:

    • Strength: Felt good today, the RPM
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: NA
    • Pumps/Vascularity: Had a nice pump today, very vascular as well
    • Endurance: Endurance seemed normal today.
    • Aggression: Nothing yet
    • Focus: Was very focused in the gym today. I felt pissed off at the weights haha
    • Libido: nothing yet
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: no results yet
    • Overall Energy: Too early to tell
    • Personal Commentary: Workout was good. STack provides some nice energy and pumps. Cant wait till the DRIVE really kicks in.

  7. oh i just noticed it says 39, just curious, im sure it has to do with the age difference, young man. =)

  8. Dunno really. I've never had problems getting them when I want one for some reason but I noticed a lot of "thru the day" hardons while on drive. Ones for no particular reason, or just cause a hottie walked by must be the icariin

  9. Took my 2 pills this morning. Its hard to get these down, they are just so pretty haha...

  11. Just wanna make sure that I'm doing this right...Its fine to take 3 RPM instead of 4 PWO with Drive correct? I weigh 200 lbs, so I know it says take 4. I'm assuming that Drive makes up for the other pill. Plus, I plan on upping to 4 when i become resistant to 3.

    Lemme know if this is incorrect please

  14. DAY 2:

    Dosing: 2 Drive upon waking, 2 Drive + 3 RPM 1 hr before gym time (~4:15 pm)

    Todays Workout: Cardio/Legs/Abs
    1 Hour of full court basketball
    2 sets of leg presses (7 reps) superset with Calf raises (25 reps)
    2 Sets of squats (7 reps)
    Random Abs


    • Strength: Strength on the leg exercises felt good. My ROM on both was huge and I was putting up good weight. Nothing too out of the ordinary yet though.
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: No changes yet
    • Pumps/Vascularity: Had a whole body pump after playing basketball. Was cool looking
    • Endurance: Muscles didnt fatigue much at all during cardio which was good. I would have done more leg sets but I was in somewhat of a hurry to leave.
    • Aggression: Nothing noticeable today. Was somewhat aggressive on the court.
    • Focus: Same focus as yesterday...dunno if its the dRive or RPM but its nice...
    • Libido: Nothing so far
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: no results yet
    • Overall Energy: Felt good at work today. Had a decent amount of energy...nothing too special but noticable
    • Personal Commentary: Today was a good day. Felt good during basketball and felt like work wasnt living hell, which is rare. Tomorrows a pull day again...cant wait...

  16. Cant wait to get my second bottle so I can run this for 2 months straight. For the second one, do you think itd be adventageous to up the dosage to 6 pills a day? (yes thinking wayyyy ahead)

  18. All these Drive logs have got me antzy to start my Drive, but I gotta wait 1 more week for my PCT!!!! Can't wait though based off the reviews so far! Good luck with you log bro, make some seriouse gains!

  19. Haha...be patient it'll be worth it. I took my regular morning dose today. Is it wierd that i stare at the pills for like 5 minutes before swallowing them...they are just memorizing...

  24. So 6 a day wouldn't have any negative results? I may up some of my first bottle to 6 a day and then the whole 2nd bottle at 6 a day then. HMMM VERY INTERESTING

    Behind Neck Pull down (4x7) (4 sets of 7)
    Wide grip pull down (4x7)
    Rope cable curls (4x7)
    1 arm curls (4x7 each arm)
    1 arm preacher curls (3x7 each arm)
    Palms facing pull down (4x7) PR
    Seated close grip row (4x7) PR
    Close hammer grip pulldown (4x7)
    EZBar Cur (2x7)l
    Random Abs thrown in

    • Strength: Felt REAL strong today. Set 2 PRs.
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: Will weigh on monday.
    • Pumps/Vascularity: Arms were pumped crazy. Hurt me to bend them after curl sets. VEins everywhere
    • Endurance: Endurance was high. Finished all sets, did alot of sets...felt good
    • Aggression: Felt aggressive..Was angry at the gym
    • Focus: Very focused workout. Knocked out the workout in about 1:10, so that was nice.
    • Libido: Nothing...my libido is through the roof anyway, so I cant really see it improving
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: muscles feel dense. not sure if this is a big improvement yet...but ill start paying more attention
    • Overall Energy: Had good energy all day. My mood was good too...didnt try to shoot myself out of boredom once at work today, which is rare (kidding...im not suicidal)
    • Personal Commentary: Felt good today...i think this stuff is really starting to kick in, but we'll see tomorrow and over the weekend. No sides yet.
