  1. DAY 4:

    Dosing: 2 Drive upon waking, 2 Drive + 3 RPM 1 hr before gym time (~4:15 pm)

    Todays Workout: Push day
    Flat Bench
    Incline Bench PR
    Decline Bench
    Fly
    Cable Crossover
    V bar pushdown
    1 arm cable pushdown
    straight bar underhand cable pushdown superset with overhand straigth bar pushdown

    • Strength: Strength was good today. Felt stronger than my last push day which is good
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: Cant tell a strong change yet. Look a little leaner, but we'll see
    • Pumps/Vascularity: Chest and tris had a nice pump after my workout. Arms got pumped so much it almost hurt to bend them
    • Endurance: Endurance was good...I did about 5 sets of every excercise...which is high
    • Aggression: Felt aggressive..Was angry at the gym
    • Focus: Focus kinda teetered today. Was distracted casue i was in a hurry and cause my shoulder started to bother me
    • Libido: no increase in random boners yet
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: musles getting denser. Feels good
    • Overall Energy: Felt good today...didnt almost fall asleep once at work.
    • Personal Commentary: Today was a good workout day except my shoulder flaring up...itll be ok by monday though i think. Hopefully this is fully kicked in by the end of the weekend. Get 2 nice days off...hopefully i can stay on my clean diet as much as possible.

  2. DAY 5:

    Dosing: 2 Drive upon waking, 2 Drive at 4:00 pm

    Todays Workout: Off Day

    • Strength: N/A
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: I'm looking leaner I believe...I'll be weighing myself either sunday or monday
    • Pumps/Vascularity: It doesnt take much to give me a good pump. And my veigns were getting bigger when i tied my shoes, which means my vascularity is up a bit.
    • Endurance: N/A
    • Aggression: I was aggressive on the roads today..which is always fun.
    • Focus: No focus change speccifically
    • Libido: Nope
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: Muscles continue to get denser/harder. I love it
    • Overall Energy: Had good energy today. nothing through the roof, but since this isn't a stim...any little bit helps
    • Personal Commentary: Didn't do much today. Did some shopping/laying around. Not back in the gym until monday.

  3. DAY 6:

    Dosing: 2 Drive upon waking, 2 Drive at 4:00 pm

    Todays Workout: Off Day
    Took about a 3 mile walk at my girlfriend's regatta


    • Strength: N/A
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: Still looking leaner...might weigh myself tonight
    • Pumps/Vascularity: I have a all day type pump...its nice
    • Endurance: Legs didnt get tired during the walk which is good.
    • Aggression: agression is up. not too far though, isnt an issue
    • Focus: nothing to note
    • Libido: Nope
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: Still getting denser/harder
    • Overall Energy: Continued to have good overall energy. I only slept 7 hrs last night but I felt good all day.
    • Personal Commentary: Man regattas are miserable. Drive is doing well for me though. I'm excited to get back int he gym this week.

  4. DAY 7:

    Dosing: 2 Drive upon waking, 2 Drive + 3RPM at 4:00 pm

    Todays Workout: Pull Day
    Rope Cable Curls (4x7)
    Seated V-bar row (4x7)
    Seated 1 arm row (4x7)
    Seated Wide bar row (3x7)
    1 arm cable curls (4x7)
    Over and Underhand pulldown (3x7 of each)
    EZbar curl (3x7)
    Standing alternating DB curl (3x7 each arm)
    Seated Vbar pulldown (4x7)
    1 arm preacher curls
    Random Mixed in Abs

    • Strength: God damn I felt strong today. 10/10 workout
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: Weighed in at 204 today. Gained 4 lbs in a week, hopefully thats accurate.
    • Pumps/Vascularity: MY biceps get such a great pump...i love it
    • Endurance: my recovery time between sets is like 30 seconds. I have to stop myself or Ill lift forever
    • Aggression: Agression is up...but its controllable
    • Focus: Was very focused today. I was on my routine like whit eon rice.
    • Libido: Nope
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: Muscles keep hardening up. Im enjoing that.
    • Overall Energy: Continue to have a good amount of energy. Got long meetings tomorrow, so itll be put to the test.
    • Personal Commentary: Awesome workout, I enjoyed it. I keep getting stronger. I ordered some animal flex and fish oil today...ill be adding that to the regiment to combat my iritable shoulder.

    Pumps/Vascularity: triceps got a nice pump today
    Endurance: Alot of endurance. Was able to rape my upper chest (in a good way)
    Aggression: Agression is still up
    Focus: Nice and focused today. I'm enjoing being 1 track minded in the gym...
    Libido: Nope
    Muscle Density/Hardening: muscles still getting harder. I'm enjotying it
    Overall Energy: Energy was up. Felt good in my long ass meetings today

    I saw somewhere you said that it might be worth taking RPM every day. Do you think thats really necessary, or would 5 days a week be sufficient? Or does it depend on the person...

    Dosing: 2 Drive upon waking, 2 Drive + 3RPM at 4:00 pm

    Todays Workout: Basketball
    2 hrs of basketball

    • Strength: Strength was up...i felt like the strongest out there
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: STill looking leaner
    • Pumps/Vascularity: Had a nice full pump from bball
    • Endurance: Muscles didnt get tired at all.
    • Aggression: Agression was up again. this stuff is nice
    • Focus: still focused. I enjoy the added focus
    • Libido: Nope
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: Muscles continue to get denser. I havent gotten much bigger, but im def. getting denser
    • Overall Energy: OVerall energy is still up
    • Personal Commentary: Had fun playing ball but my shoulder is still wierd feeling. My fishoil and animal flex come in tomorrow so hopefully that will combat it.

  10. DAY 10:

    Todays Workout: Full body
    Incline/decline/Flat bench (3x7)
    Under and Overhand straight bar pushdown (3x7)
    1 Arm Cable curls (3x7)
    BB curls (3x7)
    Rope Cable curls 3x7
    CAble crossover 3x7
    Seated Overhead Tricep Press 3x7
    Lat pulldown 3x7
    Close-hammer-grip pulldown 3x7
    Seated 1 arm row 3x7
    Seated widegrip row 3x7
    Squats 3x7
    Random abs spread throughout


    • Strength: Felt stronger than the last time i worked out. Thats a good sign.
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: Up to 205. Still lookin lean
    • Pumps/Vascularity: Huge pump today. VEins showing up too
    • Endurance: Endurance was good. Nothing too special...but I had a huge workout and was able to get through it all.
    • Aggression: VEry aggressive. Im a different person once i hit the gym...its crazy
    • Focus: Stayed focus the whole workout. Sometimes thats hard with women walking around haha
    • Libido: Nope
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: I keep getting denser...
    • Overall Energy: FElt good all day. No crashing/falling asleep.
    • Personal Commentary: Had to combine today and tomorrow's workout since I'm going out of town early tomorrow. I'll update early though, but won't be back to update until Monday. This will let my shoulder heal up too. I got my flex today...hopefully it kicks in at least somewaht by tuesday...

  11. I meant to add...I noticed an increase in the thermo effect with the 3 pills. I was sweating my ass off today. Good stuff.

  14. Took 3 this morning...gonna take 3 more around 4 or 5. No workout today and probably no "official" update since I'll be driving tonight. So far I'm impressed though. Cant wait to get my free bottle...might even have to pick up a 3rd bottle for 29.99...before the price goes to regular

  15. DAY 15:

    Dosing: 3 Drive upon waking, 3 Drive at 4:00 pm

    Todays Workout: Off


    • Strength: NA
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: Weighed in at 207 today, but I did not eat all that well this weekend, so some of that might be bloat/fat. Looking somewhat lean though
    • Pumps/Vascularity: I look more pumped throughout the day
    • Endurance: Was walking around all weekend and had no tired muscles of stiffness
    • Aggression: Agression is still up...but still in a good way. Its more of a "alpha" feeling
    • Focus: NA
    • Libido: Nope
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: My arms have never felt this dense when i flex them
    • Overall Energy: Great energy all weekend. Was on 6-7 hrs sleep all nights and had no issues.
    • Personal Commentary: Was traveling all weekend so I didnt get to lift or anything but i could still feel some results from the stack. Walking gave my legs a nice pump and I just felt good all weekend. Tomorrows back in the gym...woohoo

    Todays Workout: Push Dayyyy

    Flat DB Bench PR - 4x7
    Incline DB Bench PR- 4x7
    Decline BB Bench - 4x7
    Incline fly -2x7 (superset with incline bench)
    Straight bar cable push down (over and underhand) 4x7 of each superset together
    Dip Machine (leaning foreward to put more focus on chest) 4x7
    Fly Machine 2x7
    Cable Crossover 4x7
    Abs mixed in between a few sets


    • Strength: Felt REALLY strong today. All reps were easier and I PRed 2 different things. Awesome day
    • Bodyweight/Body Comp: Looked Semi-Lean today. My bad eating over the weekend caught up to me though.
    • Pumps/Vascularity: Huge tricep and chest pump today. Was really nice
    • Endurance: I did that whole workout in 52 minutes, so rest between sets was next to nothing. Awesome to recover so fast.
    • Aggression: Very aggressive today. Somewhat explains why I went for PRs
    • Focus: Once again...did the workout in 52 minutes, so I was focused..
    • Libido: Nope
    • Muscle Density/Hardening: Muscles keep getting denser. Not much of a day to day change, but over time its noticable.
    • Overall Energy: Had amazing energy today. Skipped my usual coffee..
    • Personal Commentary: Great Great workout today. Lifts felt good...PRs felt good...workout felt good.

    Regular Dosing..

    Felt like **** all day at work. Is there anything in drive that could give me a bad stomach ache? I only ask cause I dont know of any1 else that is sick around me. Maybe I ate something bad. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow

    Hope you feel better- haven't heard any other reports of this type of stuff- except for a little bit of extra poo from a couple people- but this is normal when you adjust to forskolin.....
