this is my first log here and i hope to do it justice. i'm doing a long recomp i figure 4-6 months this will be the first phase for aprox. 6 weeks i started this stack earlier but broke my hand so had to stop. in this log i hope to keep it very deatailed to what i'm feeling and seeing also will be periodicaly trying different recipies and have many different protiens to review along the way.
my hopes for this ecdy stack is to experience a leaning effect and quicker streangth gains usually it takes me about 8 weeks to get my lifts back through muscle memory. so lets get to the stats and supps.

training will be as follows
tue. & sat.
flat bench 4 sets
military press 4 sets
leg press 4 sets
pullups 4 sets
3min between sets
incline bench 4sets
bent row 4 sets
leg extension 3 sets
hamstring curl 3 sets
side lateral raise 2 sets
core training, cardio, head to toe streatching.
diet will be detailed daily but should be around 2250-2500
