this is my first log here and i hope to do it justice. i'm doing a long recomp i figure 4-6 months this will be the first phase for aprox. 6 weeks i started this stack earlier but broke my hand so had to stop. in this log i hope to keep it very deatailed to what i'm feeling and seeing also will be periodicaly trying different recipies and have many different protiens to review along the way.

my hopes for this ecdy stack is to experience a leaning effect and quicker streangth gains usually it takes me about 8 weeks to get my lifts back through muscle memory. so lets get to the stats and supps.

20% turkesterone 500mg 6x's a day

about me
male 205lbs 6' tall bf unknown waist 35"
training will be as follows

tue. & sat.
flat bench 4 sets
military press 4 sets
leg press 4 sets
pullups 4 sets
3min between sets

thur
incline bench 4sets
bent row 4 sets
leg extension 3 sets
hamstring curl 3 sets
side lateral raise 2 sets

mon,wed,fri
core training, cardio, head to toe streatching.
diet will be detailed daily but should be around 2250-2500

I used E-Bol at its recommended dosage and didn't get much from it. I think running it 2-4 caps higher than the recommended dosage is what most ppl do.

i didn't want to mega dose ebol becouse it contains rhodia. too much and it'll make you drowsey thats why i wanted to stack diff products.

no kidden i guess i'll go back to ft. lauderdale for vaca this winter. can't go wrong there

day 1

might be placebo i felt a lot more relaxed but energetic at the same time. i spent most of the time in the gym finding what weights to use but had a good work out towards the end my muscles were fatigued but felt i could go one a lot longer. didn't notice any muscle hardening or pumps but it was only the first day.

protein reviews: ds sustain 4 of 5 would of given it a 5 but they discontinued it :(

ergopharm mass meal vanilla 5 of 5 this stuff is addicting as hell.

today i have cardio and core work it'll be interesting to see if the endurance effect i had yesterday will keep up today i'd rather put off using stims as long as possible.
 
day 2 and 3

day 2 was cardio a core work mostly swiss ball work vacuums and 5 sets of incline sit ups nothing all that tiring but i notice when i train my core frequently all my lifts improve as well. i did 15 min on the stair climber and was beat endurance wasn't really what i was hopen for im going to start doing cardio on lift days and give legs a better chance to recover.

day 3 was like day one spending most of the time finding the right weights but felt good when all was through. not as much endurance as day one haven't noticed any pumps but only three days in my shoulders look much more defined.

some protein reviews bsn lean dessert - chocolate fudge and chocolate coconut these have a nice thick texture but thats about it taste wasnt awful but it wasn't any good either.

i'll get more detailed with this log in the second week and hope to have some positive feed back.
 
week 1

well the first week started out good but i had some problems toword the end of the week friday i got flashed by a welder i woak up sat at 7am only getting 3 hours sleep and could open my eyes for about 2 hours.

but as far as this log is concerend i'm down to 203 and noticing some increased deffinition in the shoulder and tri's.

i'll update further to night

well the endurance i'm getting on this stack is really starting to show up i did 45 min on the elliptical after 20 min of ab work i didn't even realize it could have gone a lot longer. there's no stim effect kinda hard to describe.

also after taking a dose i noticed if i didn't eat with in 20 min i'd get a weird feeling in my muscles like they're ready to suck up some protein. i'm still adjusting my diet trying to find a good balance to still lose weight but allow for as much growth as possible.
 
disapointed to say that i have to end this log as work has been getting in the way of training working. both days and nights and now on to 7/10s for the next 3 weeks.

thoughts got down to 200 noticed greater endurance and recovery time also increased definition.
