im really missing those sweats now, the temperature dropped overnight and now its a cold rainy mess here. Today was another scheduled rest day. Back to the gym tomorrow for back and triceps. Also I did manage to get a 30 minute bike ride in for some cardio/clear my head after a long day of class. I havent noted this before but Ive been feeling hungrier the past few days, alot hungrier. prolly unrelated but I figured Id throw it out there.
Bodyweight- Ill get a weight tomorrow at the gym
Focus- Good in general
Libido-sky high, especially today now that I think about it
Muscle - Feeling bigger
