Brazilian guy on Epithin-E log

Greetings,

I live in Brazil and I was lucky enough to be chosen by GL as a tester of Epithin-E. I’d like to thank Generic Labz for the opportunity.

I’m thinking about starting a cycle of Epithin-E next week (10.08.07):
Week 1 - EPITHIN-E (20mg)
Week 2 - EPITHIN-E (30mg)
Week 3 - EPITHIN-E (30mg)
Week 4 - EPITHIN-E (40mg)

Post Cycle Therapy:
Week 1 - TAMOXIFEN CITRATE (NOLVADEX or similar) (40mg) + ZMA + Creatine;
Week 2 - TAMOXIFEN CITRATE (40mg) + ZMA + Creatine;
Week 3 - TAMOXIFEN CITRATE (20mg) + ZMA + Creatine;
Week 4 - TAMOXIFEN CITRATE (20mg) + ZMA + Creatine.

Supps:

Whey Protein (Nature's Best); Cissus Quadrangularis; Glucosamine Sulfate; NAC; Melatonin.

I´ve never used any PH before, so please take a look at my cycle and tell me if the dosage and post cycle therapy are safe. If you have any suggestions, please post it before I start my cycle. By the way, I’m thinking of including Cissus-Drol in the post cycle therapy to maintain the results, what do you think?

Stats:
22 years old;
1.74m (5’74”);
72Kg (158lbs).

Workout Schedule:
I work out from Monday to Friday splitting between Chest/Biceps (A); Back/triceps (B) and Shoulders/Legs (C).

I’ll wait for suggestions this week.

I would start off at 10mg and add 10mg each day until you get to 40mg and then stay at 40mg for the whole cycle. and try getting some torm for you pct.

e se fosse :20mg nolva+75mgATD ,na primeira semana

Nunes, você é de Portugal? Legal encontrar alguém que fale a mesma lingua por aqui.
Eu encontrei várias referências que sugeriam essa dosagem. Inclusive em outro forum sugeria o seguinte:
1) Nolvadex (Tamoxifen citrate) or Fareston (Toremifene Citrate) * :
Week 1 : 40 mg (Tamoxifen citrate) or 120 mg or 120 mg for 4 days then 90 mg(Toremifene Citrate)
Week 2 : 40 mg (Tamoxifen citrate) or 90 mg (Toremifene Citrate)
Week 3 : 20 mg (Tamoxifen citrate) or 60 mg (Toremifene Citrate)
Week 4 : 20 mg (Tamoxifen citrate) or 30 mg (Toremifene Citrate)
Quanto ao ATD, este seria Androstenedione?

Sou do Porto/Portugal e tambem é um prazer falar com você.
Quando me refiro ao atd(inibidores de aromatase) falo por exemplo de um produto como o novadex xt da gaspari ou ids post cycle therapy tabs
Não sou nenhum especialista mas pelo que já investiguei existem varias opiniões quanto a dosagem de nolva ,o que é certo é que este é bastante toxico(figado) e provavelmente a dosagem de 20mg chega bem para anabolicos orais .
Já encontrei este pós ciclo em alguns forums e parece-me equilibrado:
sem1:nolva 20/atd 25
sem2=sem1
sem3:nolva10/atd 50
sem4:nolva 5/atd 75
Tambem vou fazer um ciclo de epi mas vou pulsalo pois é um composto que dá mta letargia ,desejo-te sorte.

Quanto ao Novedex XT, seria p/ ajudar na reprodução de testosterona, correto? Por isso eu havia pensado em incluir o Cissus-Drol da própria Generic Labz.

Só a passeio mas já fui ai 16 vezes.
Cissus serve para as articulações não para pós ciclo apesar disso você tem 6-bromdione no seu producto que pode ser usado como anti-estrogeneo mas não é tão potente como um ATD.
Como está indo o seu ciclo?

There is enough caps in the bottle to make a 1 month cycle if you take it up to 40mg/day. Just so you know. And I wouldnt put the Novedex Xt in your post cycle therapy right away. Wait 1 week and then take 1 cap on week 2, 2 caps week 3, 3 caps on week 4. If you have a choice between torm and tamox defiantly pic torm.

I'm sorry guys. I didn't started on the day I mentioned on my first post, because it really wasn't possible.
I changed my job a few weeks ago, and I'm still trying to adapt to my new schedule, that is quite different from the old one, so I decided to start my cycle only when I feel prepared.
Because of that, I started my cycle only last week - 10/22/07.
I know it's soon to give an opinion about the product, but I didn't felt any gains or changes in mood, sleep, energy...
Tomorrow I'll start to take 30mg/day. Let's see what happens.
