ive been doing my best not to eat much carbs afterwards which is a huge shocker for me and im sure just about everyone says that hehe. but the other night a nice big pasta sausage/chicken meal was made so i ate a bunch of meat and some pasta but i really tried limitiing myself on the pasta.
havent had much fruits or veggies lately and im not happy with that they just arent in the house so i gotta go get them and remind myself.
todays breakfast is small piece cornbread leftover from dinner and half serving oatmeal w peanut butter, 3eggs 3 eggwhites green tea and coffee

DC Training Workout 1C
-todays workout was alright.Code:Flat Bench 225x7x4x2.5 -chest str DB Seated Shoulder Presses 35x10x7.5x5 Smith Rev Grip bench 185x7x6x7 Underhand Pulldowns 150x11x6x6 -back str, shoulder str DB Rows no knee 100x8x7 no straps !! -right hand had to regrip
-no huge improvements if any
-super sweaty nothing changes lol
-no huge intensity either
-no agression or any feelings reallly
-didnt use my mp3 player so no music
-no notice of increased sex drive or anything like it feel totally normal

10/3 my big day and a few peeps birthdays i think (sinner)
heading to court vs the NYPD. for DQing me for stress and depression issues. well all my issues were completly normal and i choose to seek cousil in college and this is being held against me i never did anything stupid nor really implied it just mentioned all my issues on 3 short visits which turned into nothing. still finished college on time and all.
who knows if i even wanna be NYPD anymore. but what i do what is to clear my name so i feel good about myself again. if i win the court case today my name goes back on the list and doesnt even guartantee myself a job lol with the system they have just puts me back on eligiblity list. hired possible in jan 08 or july 08.
and on a bright note starting new job with benefits monday !!! benefits kick in NOV 07 and the second they do ill be at all the doctors i can to get everything checked out.

libido - has increased as mentioned by random wood sometimes and or the beginning of the thought looking at someone, otherwise have noticed 2 days were pleasing myself was hard and other days where it went perfect so for whatever thats worth thats my truth
strength - has continued to rise i dont notice any huge increase or changes to be honest i feel totally normal workouts feel totally normal not getting the headaches i got on my last cycle and during post cycle therapy when i workout, but all other things feel totally normal
-on a side note im really close to all my maxes on most things so strength should slowdown if you compare the progress ive made in past couple months to this last month this last month is almost nothing but its still good and improving in most areas
mood - no change and nothing to report at all
aggression - nothing at all to report no change or feelings of aggression at all
acne - def increase in this department on my face shoulders upper chest and slightly back. nothing drastic but an increase for sure that i didnt notice during my post cycle therapy.

Day 12 DTHC 6 Pills Workout Day Thursday
-increase in some pimples keeps increasing nothing crazy but more then normal face, shoulders, upperback, upperchest collarbone area mostly and neck (could be from shaving)
DC TRAINING 2C
-workout was strong throughout had constant energy with no dramatic peak or max but consistent entire time which is nice cuz i usually get exhausted and collapse most leg days haha
-was a great workout. didnt hit my max attempt on deads but thats fine first time doing them in over 5-6 months and havent done convential in long time was able to hit 405 on second attempt first one just didnt feel rightCode:Standing Preacher Curl 85x12x7x3 1H Rev grip cable curls 30x12 -bicep str Seated Calves 90x10 super slow and holds Full Deads Convential long time since doing these 225x2 315x2 405x1 455x0,0,0 Sumo attempt 0 lol. i tried for my new max Leg Press 650x13 PR Leg Press widows 450x20 PR
-leg press was amazing felt so much stronger nonstop energy and power i increased my pressing on legs a lot for the widowmakers extra 2plates on each side and 20lbs on the heavy set for both new PRs

Nice log, keep up the good work. The pix looked good, I'd say 14-15% bodyfat? That's my guess, but I am sure there are others here that would know better.
also, don't take this the wrong way, but looking at your pix I would have expected your lifts to be bigger, you certainly look pretty strong...

-about my strength ive spent the past 4 months building my strength back to what would be normal.... soo the next 2-3 months should be PR shattering time. but im taking it easy and not risking anything cuz my body isnt the strongest and i get injured

DAY 18 DTHC LOG 6 Pills Workout Day
-soo last night i was soo pissed got all pumped up and ready to rip someones head off walking to the gym in the pouring rain being all pumped up and ready to destroy my body
-gym changed their hours and i couldnt workout soo pissed
so anyway did it today

-day 2 real life job !
-tired from just waking up early sitll getting decent sleep
-enjoying my new lifestyle but going to bed early stinks

-inc presses increased 10lbs again this week first set very happy with second and third not happy with no biggie
-mil presses first time doing these in a while not on smith machine, wow what a difference
-dips wanted to bring these back subbed them out for skulls wanted a change
-chinups diff from rack chins, wanted a change felt nice
-rack deads nothing great to talk about hit 405 but felt wayyy too heavy o well and no belt but im making excuses ehhe
-aggression possibly increased last 2-3 days
-acne aka pimples staying around the same more then normal for sure around upper body and thighs hips area alittle, but doesnt help that the temp increased a lot too and now im wearing busniess outfits
-constant energy during my workouts helps a ton, havnet been wiped out in a while and thats really helping me continue my workouts
-not related to DTHC im sure but catching my breath is taking way too long inbtw sets or sprints

apartment inspector for my neightborhood which was just the biggest or one of the biggest real estate purchases in history in NY perhaps the world 4.5billion
-basically im in charge of making sure apartments are fully clean, fixed up and organized, painted etc before the apartments are put back up for rent
-i dont do any physical work but just take notes and foward the work to those that do the work
-a big change hehe ive been doing construction since i was 14
-benefits and insurance kickin NOV 1St.. so i gotta stay healthy and injury free till then !

-nonstop energy felt good never fatigued
-squats my back felt unstable so i threw the belt on at 225 and wraped for 335 a 5lb PR havent really hit this weight in 2 years due to injury and sickness etc glad i hit it felt strong and solid 2 reps too

-acne still stronger then normal and i think im showering more too maybe 1 more daily
-this log will end on weds as ill be out of pills then
had my bp checked on a machine arm sleeve at local CVS after some walking did my best to just relax
first reading said something like
137/67 or 71 and heartbeat in 60s
131/61 and heartbeat still in 60s i think
Next workout monday tomm looking foward to it
will be doing measurements on weds or thurs to finilize the log with a writeup and maybe a picture

I really can't believe they cut you off for that! From my firends on the NYPD I hear you can practically have a felony and they will let you on because they are DESPERATE. I have had some depression issues 10 years ago when I was younger and am applying for Port Authority and several local jobs. I plan to explain they as youthful adaptations to puberty ect and being forced to seek treatment by misguided family members and not of my own free choice.

Your experience scares me because my past is a bit more checkered.
I was suspected to be depressed when I was 14-15 (25 now)and put on anti-depressants for one one month. - My explanation will be, I was a minor going through normal pubescent changes and listening to the direction of my parents eventhough I felt ok.
I was written a violation for posetion of alcohol under age - I was really just carrying closed containers in a bag as a favor to person of legal age with a bad back
I was in the car with a friend when we got arrested for CDS - I was totally unaware it was in the car and the prosecutor dropped all charges against me and entered my innocence into public record.
I was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning while under age BUT they never took a blood test or punped my stomach or performed ANY proceedures because my friend for some reason told them it was drug related - This one scares be because I hope what he said isn't on record as I have no way to prove this is a lie and honestly thta person is out of my life for dumb things like this...
My final problem was that I was at a party and a couple people must have been involved in taking GHB so they questioned my and I willingly let them search my room becaus I knew I was innocent and I was never arrested or questioned again after nothing was found...
If you have any input on anything I opened up here so feel free to call me an ass. Everything I was involved in was when I was younger and due to HORRIBLE choices of friends but since then I have picked my company much more carefully.
In the end it does come down to connections. I have targeted a town in which my GF is good friends with a Luetenant, her father knows the recently former mayor and runs a well known business and am taking test prep classes with a captain from their force (maybe retired.)

and just to summerize your problems. doesnt sound good bro not at all. medication to nypd pysch = BAD... i never took medication or anything like that all i did was seek cousil to talk a few visists and thats it never did anything and finished school on time etc etc.
if you handle yourself really well in the interviews you might be ok. but if yuo dont like i did bad in the interviews because im really guarded person who answers things in weird ways sometimes and it doesnt help that my psych interviewer is a stupid asss asaian woman who is off the boat and still cant even speak english yet shes been doing this for 20years it shocks me. she DQs everyone. other doctors are much better.
again all depends how your testing goes and how you do on interviews. if you lie to them or hide anything and they findout you will most likely be DQed instantly they findout and that would happen 2 years during your probation after 2years probation its another story as a cop. other departments probe is differnt time lengths like fdny is only 6months or 1year i forget

-got some new shoes for work and chuck talyors lol soo ugly haha and feel funny
-squeezed in my workout right after eating a burger and finished workout in like 30-40mins
DC TRAINING 1B
-just as a reminder to those not familiar with DC workouts they are like this
-set 1 15 breaths then set 2 15 breaths break then set 3
-each negative is 2-4 seconds with semi explosive positives
-each set gets much much harder with short rest breaks
-decent workout nice and sweaty dripping all over while bending over on rowsCode:FLAT DB BENCHING (havent done this in long time) 85x13x4x3 -tri str -chest str Behind Head Smith Presses 95x8x5x4 -should str Close grip smith benching 185x8x6x4 Lat Pulldowns 150x13x6x5 -lat str Tbar Row Machine (gonna stop these makes me wanna puke) 3plates x3x2 -felt really yucky dont like this machine anyway -gonna do barbell style in corner next time i think

second to last day... weds being my last day of DTHC pills then im out, i am missing 2-3 pills cuz i lost them in my room and one fell under the oven lol
honestly looking foward to some of this increased pimple action to go away im assuming the increase is from DTHC itself i normally have acne or pimples whatever you wanna call it on face, back shoulder, chest, etc but during this DTHC log it totally increased along with increase in facial oil and possible most likely body oil production
not sure if im including any pictures at the end of this log, maybe if i feel like shaving after my workout tomm who knows
my weight has for the most part stayed the exact same since starting this log almost 3.5 weeks ago which is good and bad, i have noticed lately that i belive my bodyfat to have dropped 1-2 percent which i am very gratefull for
i contriubute bodyfat drop to DTHC, my new job 5days of lots of walking and sweating in busniess outfit soo combination of that and increased carbs actually possible lost bodyfat, havent weight myself in a day or two
weight as of 930pm is 210 right before dinner meal
ill weight myself in morning empty tummy
Small Summary of DTHC
-increased body temp
-increased acne aka pimples i dont have acne but think its the same ?
-increased endurance in gym (dont get fatiuged as easy or at all)
-strength has slowly continued to raise (hit pr in squat and close in deadlift)
-no aggression change whatsoever
-hard to say but not much of a sexual libido change at all (hard to judge)
-ummm pills are large
-ummm i guess thats about it...
cant wait for tomms workout !

-as mentioned right above my measurements are about identical to when starting and in some situations went up slightly while going down slightly in others
-bodyfat gained or lost is hard to say but towards the end of the cycle plus my new job of the last 2 weeks ive been walking a bunch and the heat skyrocketed again in nyc and i sweat my ass off all day long so i think i dropped alittle Bodyfat
-i notice more shape and slight defintion in my shoulders esp when im in the shower
Workouts And Endurance
-hit a few PRs while on this log which is great, squat, SLDL, and bench if you want to call slow negatives PRs cuz this is new to me the past couple months compared to just fast reps
-nothing noticed from cardio the little running i did before my shins gave out
-i never got fully fatigued in gym during my workouts i normally do thats a huge plus
-endurance during workouts was great, nonstop high flow of energy to work with nothing amazing but steady allowed me to really tune in and finish all workouts
Side Effects and Appearance
-increased strength, but not major
-increased acne aka pimples all over (mostly high torso)
-increased sexual dreams
-no change in aggression
-no change in moods that i could tell
-no change in erections, size, hardness etc anything noticeable

PS- sadly if asked would i pay the money to try this product again im honestly NOT SURE. its a natural all herbal blend of a product thats shown to increase many positive things with few negatives but im not sure if im totally convinced on the product itself or anything in the catagory as natty test boosters
-i also am a bad responder to many supplements as i also never felt "ON" while being on PHERA and EPI o well

but one of those above products maybe combined with support supps made my throat feel closed or swollen like
i never felt "ON" i never felt more then human, i never felt pumped up like i was on something i felt normal and i got headaches almost everyworkout after a hard set
i put on almost 20lbs with phera by week 3.. then combined epi and my weight dropped 8lbs of the 20 and i held that up till today epi gained me no noticeable muscle which is depressing but then again it might have i never had my bodyfat checked etc etc

i did jungle warfare and 2 badassmasses from ALRI back on 2007 winter time but i dont think those count
LH, total, free, shbg, etc checked... honestly not sure this weekend ill dig threw my paperwork of tons of tests over the years actually they are all from college 3+ years ago maybe one of them has some of those numbers
either way that doesnt really help me much now.
insurance kicks in nov 1... soo im gonna get everything i can checked out..
any advice i should tell the doctor would be great in ref to getting insurance to pay for many of the tests if thats even possible i hope soo
