DAY 40

Off day. Nothing to report, except a good all day pumped feeling.

DAY 41

This was an extremely tough workout! I felt full and tight like there was bo tomorrow!!! That was definetyly one of the best workouts I've had in awhile! I felt like every rep I was doing was pumping me up more and more. my arms's movement was limited at the end of my first set I was so pumped!

DAY 42

I had a great workout again, weights are all going up, and motivation, mood is going up as well. I'm feeling prepared for the upcoming exams, so it's going very well on terms of attitude. I did some squats, and it felt pretty easy! PR on the squats, really got a smile on my face!

hey has anyone started the xfactor logs yet i havent seen any pop up but maybe i aint looking hard enuff.

and i got 2 bottles soo that means 4 pills daily for 1g of the stuff for 50days right? each bottle lasts 25days at the dosage if i recall

This was an awesome workout. I was stim free for awhile, and decided to test out my Stim X that I had. I got 2 samples from AX, so I might as well try em. Well, it was like 5PM, and I took just one cap. I had a crazy leg workout!!! Only thing, my eyeballs were in serious pain, feels like they expanded. It went away after awhile. That made me remember why I don't use stims anymore...

I had to take a 2 grams phenibut to go to sleep because I can't afford a night of turning around in the bed. This is the best way to stop a stim's effects IMO. And it works wonderfully. Just don't overdo it.

Back to the X Factor now. Pump was amazing, and I just pumped up each rep like it was the last one. Yeah BABY!!!

I feel you. Thats why I dont take Stims. Tyrosine is some good stuff its great pre-training

Ive read some ones review on X factor and he said A Acid is what is found in eggs, take enough whole eggs and youll get the same effect. any truth to this?

Whole eggs had shown not to effect cholestrol levels , even though it contains cholestrol.Scientist can you break this down for me?

anyways I got my samples of Drive and lookign forward. i didnt take them because Im taking so many supplements right now.
