    Comments And Thoughts
    Good workout today, made some solid increases. Set a new PR in wide grip lat pull downs and increased in a set for BB curls as well. Feeling some increases coming in rows, kickbacks and hopefully hammer curls as well. I would like to have the rows come with my next workout, hopefully it will. Energy today was very good, more the sustained/focused type though. Really liking that feeling along with the alphaness, making for solid workouts all around. On another positive note, my acne has cleared up and will with all luck say that way.

    Nice workout all around today. I increased in the areas that I was hoping and feeling like I could have even gone higher on SLDL’s. Very excited about the new PR on calf raises and am really looking forward to them for next workout. I’ve decided that I will be doing this workout on Tuesdays and my other “new” leg day with squats, etc on Fridays. Mainly because of time issues but I think that this will prove to be quite effective as well. We’ll see! Acne is making somewhat of a reappearance but is staying minimal however. Will keep an eye on this and hope it does not get worse. Recovery is still going VERY well and am more than ready to go each workout. Libido is definitely high and quite noticeable throughout the day. Nothing else new to note on at the moment.

    Comments And Thoughts
    Not a bad workout today had some nice increases in a few areas as well as some great focus. Add weight to a set of wide grip lat pull downs and as well as overhead tricep extensions. Feeling as though I’ll be increasing on BB curls soon as well, reps are getting a lot easier. Bench and rows are going well also but no increase this time. As far as sides are going, the only thing that is affecting me negatively is the added acne. It seemed to go away for a day or two but has come back, mainly in the forehead area and neck. I do want to say however while it’s not ideal to have the acne I’m not that bothered by as I am seeing good gains. It also helps that I have a GF already and am not on the hunt Everything else is going well and am really looking forward to squats tomorrow!

    Great workout, starting to move up nicely in the squats. I was very surprised that I was able to up the weight as much as I did this time. The way I felt last week I thought I would have been closer to that weight for another week or two. When I got to the gym and did my warm up set I knew I could do more than I would have thought. So I upped it, based on the way I felt then and feel now I will most likely be upping the weight again come next workout. In addition to that I increased on a set of Donkey calf raises as well. SLDL's also feel like an increase is near just not this workout. Intensity and focus are still very good during my workout and has not slacked in the least. Definitely loving this in addition to lifting first thing in the morning. Unfortunately acne is still prevalent; while it is decreasing somewhat it is still noticeable. Everything else is still the same and going well.

    Good workout today set a new PR and increased in another lift as well. Very happy with the new PR in hammer curls and am progressing nicely there. The other increase came in wide grip lat pull downs, moving up well there also. Next workout I should have an increase in kickbacks and rows based on the way I felt today. Great to see numbers going up each workout. The acne problem is getting much better, it seems to come and go. Weird but am happy nevertheless to see it go. I am noticing some great changes in my body and if it keeps up the before/after picture comparison should be awesome.

    They're definitely helping and doing what they say so far. I'm hoping that the retain can help me "lean" out while bulking, can't ask for much more if that happens since strength still continues to go up

    Hell of an intense workout today. Put up some good numbers and was able to increase in a few different lifts and am close to PR's in others as well. The lifts that I increased in today were seated calf raises and OLLE's. Very happy with those and am close to PR's in both of them and OLLP's also. Next workout there WILL be a new PR in one if not all of those. Hoping to increase in SLDL's sometime soon as well and hopefully that'll come Friday, we'll see. Acne is still down today, doesn't really mean much other than that. considering it has gone away and come back quickly before. I'll keep and eye on it and note updates. One thing I want to make note of as well is the great sleep I am getting. I have heard a few people say that dosing the 2 HD2 before bed causes them to have "rough" sleep and such. All I can say that I am getting VERY GOOD deep sleep from this protocol. Whether it's just me or not I just wanted to toss that out there.

    Yeah, I couldn't believe it when I read someone getting bad sleep doing that

    DOMS was not bad at all, some tightness as usual after legs but nothing too rough. Recovery has been quite solid and have nothing to complain about in that area at all. Kind of miss working out the typical soreness I used to get lol. Ab circuit and cardio both went well, coming close to increasing in some weight for ab exercises also. Looking forward to tomorrow’s workout, ready to hit the weights now. Acne is still down and going well, very excited about this and hope it keeps up. Nothing else I can think to report on at the moment.

    Very happy with the workout today, intensity and focus were great and I was able to get the PR and increases that I was hoping for. Definitely felt great to set the new PR on rows, really feeling good in that area. Also happy with the increase on kickbacks, not a new PR but still good increase in weight. A new PR should be right around the corner in that area. Feeling good in other areas as well and hoping for a few more increases in those next time. Acne is still down and I am very happy with this, was really the only bad side that I was getting. Still keeping up with the extra oxy pads and such to ward off any reoccurrence.

    Nice workout today, increased in a few different lifts and am feeling good. I wish I would have increased on squats again but my back started to give me **** when I tried to go higher. Soon as I felt that I took off the extra weight and went back to where I was last week. No need to risk further injury. Saying that I am quite happy with the other increases as well. Very happy with the SLDL’s and OLLE’s increases. Hoping to see SLDL’s continue to move up at the good rate they have been! Overall good workout all around. Nothing new in terms of sides either, acne is still staying down.

    Very happy with my gains this week both in weight and measurements. Had a solid pound increase, gaining in some good areas while keeping waist in check. I’m really pleased with the gains in chest and bi’s. Nice to see my arms continue to grow. Legs are also gaining at a good rate as well, up there and 1/8”. Overall some great gains this week and hope to keep them up. Acne has made somewhat of a reappearance but is still minimal at this point. Hoping it’ll stay that way but I guess I’ll find out soon enough. Nothing new other than that to report on.

    Awesome workout today, a good amount of increases in some good areas. Very happy to see my bench start to go up again and am getting closer to that 200 lbs mark. Alos pleased with the increase in curls and pull downs. Those areas continue to grow stronger on a nice consistent basis.

    Calf raises felt amazing today! During the workout I set two new PR’s in that area and increased in the other reps also. In addition to that I also set a new PR in deadlifts also. While those were my only increases today the other lifts are still improving and am almost ready for a few more increases next time hopefully. Looking forward to squats on Friday and am hoping that I do not get anymore back pain. If so Smith Machine it is. Acne is still down as of today.

    Pretty solid workout today. Very happy with the new PR in BB curls, moving up awesome in that area so far. In addition to that PR I also increased in a set of kickbacks as well. This increase however was overshadowed by the PR, really surprised myself getting this today. Lat pull downs are feeling especially good and will hopefully be bumping them up come next workout. Nothing else to note on, sides are continuing to stay minimal, which is always nice.

    Good workout weight wise but that’s it. This is probably the ****tiest I have felt in months and I’m still feeling it. Not sick wise but just very mentally trying right now, and became very clear today when thinking about it. It did help a ton to get in the weight room and have a good lift but also gave me time to think some things over at the same time, which is not always a good thing at the moment. Hoping I get this situation cleared up soon but know it’ll linger on. Sorry for the ramble but needed to get that out as well. Other than that everything is going well.

    Not a bad workout today. Not many increases but still had a good session. Increased on a set of deads and feel more are coming there soon. OLLP’s are feeling very good as well and am hoping for an increase there next week. Still feeling pretty ****ty but thought a lot about things last night which helped. Had that much time because I couldn’t sleep other than about 3 hours. Made for an extra bad bio lab but got through it so no worries there. Hope to be back to 100% soon.
