    Comments And Thoughts
    Good session today, pretty tight in my legs and stretching and cardio(which passed by QUICK!) worked that out well. Other than that DOMS were not a problem and am getting very good recovery. Pull ups felt great today and added more weight to my third set, definitely felt the burn but still nailed all reps. So overall, good session with some nice increases. I'm noticing much more intensity in the gym than the past few workouts, everything seems to be kicking into high gear and working with some great synergy. Also noticing some more acne around my face, I experienced some of this with ActivaTe so I will try the same solution that worked then. Hopefully that'll keep it low. With the acne I'm also having more of the "alpha" feeling outside of the gym as well as in. A good thing but just wanted to make note. Nothing else new.

    Overall pretty happy again with this weeks increases. I had a pretty solid weight gain which I was able to keep waist in check. I also gained a nice amount in my upper body which I am very happy with. Nothing really to complain about. Hoping for some more good things this week. All sides have been minimal and only thing is added acne around my face which I am treating. Hopefully I can "head" it off and keep it down. Other than that going great!

    Very good workout today, most intense day yet on this log. I decided to lift in the morning today and the mix of that and everything kicking in was great. Increased all over the place today and set some nice numbers. The area that I am most pleased with it the wide grip lat pull downs, as I have been somewhat stalled there for a while. Really hoping to get to 100 lbs on standing overheard tricep extensions this week, been on my plate of goals for a while. I feel this is the week though. Curls are feeling very good also and am thinking that some increases will be coming soon as well. Acne has gone down a bit but is still there and noticeable. I'm hoping that with the continued attention I am giving it, it will subside or at least become much less noticeable. One other thing that I want to note on is the "Alpha" feeling. I am having this mentality more and more outside of the weight room, definitely liking it just making note.

    Another workout consisting of some more good increases. Energy and intensity were both high and I was able to set a new PR and add some more weight to a few other sets. Really happy with the new PR in OLLE's and is great to see them move up. SLDL's felt pretty good as well and am hoping for to move up there again soon. Everything definitely seems to be kicking in more and more. Along with the "Alpha" feeling around more often libido is increasing more as well. Getting aroused more easily is one of the more noticeable effects. Strength increases are still going(obviously) and am hoping to see some of my areas that are lagging start moving up in the next few weeks. Nothing else new to note on that I can think of.

    Comments And Thoughts
    Recovery so far has been great, little if any DOMS at all. Some slight tightness in my quads is all that I had today and seemed to have had the past few times. Cardio is going well and is actually becoming less and less of a hassle. The time just fly's by and is making for a very nice and intense session. In addition to the cardio going well I also increased on a set of hanging knee raises. Really feeling the strength gains here and hope they will start to show "visibly", but I’m not holding my breath here. Looking forward to tomorrow’s upper body day and AM going to hit the 100 lbs standing overhead tricep press! Libido is quite high as is the "Alpha/Macho" mentality the combo of both made for a great first day of classes. Too bad I have a GF! Acne is still seeming to be an issue but am still hoping that I can take care of it. Everything else is the same and nothing else new that I can think of.

    HOLLA!!! I hit the 100 lbs PR on standing overhead tricep extensions today. I was only aiming for 6 reps and I ended up pushing out 10! I was pumped as hell afterwards and am extremely happy with the progress I have made thus far. In addition to that PR I also increased wide grip lat pull downs. I'm close to increasing on a few more exercises as well and will hopefully come shortly. Needless to say intensity and energy were both very high during today's workout and have not lagged at all. The only real side that seems to be sticking around is the increased acne. It has gone down a bit and is looking better. I just hope that it'll continue to. Aside from that everything else is going great.

    Felt great to get back to squats finally. Numbers aren’t that good obviously but they’ll get back up there. Right now I’m just happy that I can get down the form(again) and feel comfortable with added weight. That set the tone for the workout and I ended up getting in a very solid workout in. I’m hoping to increase on SLDL’s for my next workout as I feel that an increase will be needed. Acne is clearing up pretty well and is almost gone. Alpha mentality is still there and is quite noticeable both during my workout and outside. Along with that, my libido is also very high and has kept increasing. Overall everything is going good.

    Definitely happy with my gains this week, reached 180! I put on some decent weight while still keeping waist in check. As a matter of fact my waist has actually gotten a bit smaller, not a full 1/8" so I left it as is above. Keeping my gains in check like I have been doing is feeling great and only leading to more and more dedication and motivation. Again I am very happy with how everything has been going from my gains in weight/measurements to the gains I have made in training. I'm looking forward to seeing what the up coming weeks have in store.
