    Sup all this is gonna be my Tester log for Superdrol-NG.

    The Ax Gods have looked down on me and out of their mercy gave me a bottle of Superdrol-NG!!! I have never done a log before so if there is anyone that has pointers for me along the way please tell me.

    First i would like to tell a little about myself and my background then the bell will ring and Its on like Donkey Kong BIOTCH!!!!!

    I am in the USAF stationed in Abilene,Tx at Dyess AFB. I have been in for 3.5 years been to the sandbox once(Afghanistan). Orginally from Clarksville,Tn i joined cause i got kicked out of college for not studying (yeah i am a idiot but hey we all make mistakes). Was cooking at Chillis where i met my future wife. All right that the short version if you want a longer one the book will be out in Jan 2010.

    I started working out when i was in college but never kept up with it. I really hit the weight hard in 05 when i was across the pond. I have done one cycle of a very popular supp. I went from 185 to 215 but my diet was waaaay wrong and i gained strength weight but mostly fat. since then i have been pretty good on food. I dont drink alot of coke and only beer once a week or when football is on.

    For not working out in two weeks due to short notice TDY. I felt awesome. I did have a slight headache before the workout began but i credit that to being inside all day and then going out in the Texas heat. The energy is like every one has said instant.

    Today felt really good. Ran for 15 min after workout. Energy good pump good overall another A cause normally after shrugs i am spent. No sides to report a slight headache before working out but went away.

    I usually change my off days so that my body will not get use to it.

    No sides to report. So far so good. Cant wait to see the before and after stats/pics.

    Tom is Leg Day. I dont like Legs but it is something that i gotta do.

    good luck! congrats on cutting out the coke and beer. you should notice a weight reduction by that fact alone. add in some cardio 5x a week and you're golden

    I had to take off today because i had to work late. (Damn military workout 40+ hours with no OT...oh well sh*t happens) Took four today cause that i thought i was going to be able to go to gym then right before i was going WHAM i got a standby call. Still no sides.


    Round 2 Day(9)

    Weight: 223

    Off Day

    I always take sat off cause i usually dont do anyhting but cut the grass did not even do that though cause i felt like being lazy. Three pills no sides def going to gym tom cause i fell like i am missing something.


    Round 2 Day(10)
    Weight: 225 (where did that come from!!!)

    Legs

    Squats: 135 6x8 My hammy was really tight for some reason so i took it really light more like a good warmup.

    Seated Calf raise: 150 4x15 1 min break between sets

    Leg Ext: 195 2x8, 205 2x8

    Calf ext singles: 115 4x15 1 min rest

    Leg Press: 360x8, 450x8, 540 2x8 The leg press at the gym has limited range but i go until my knees hit my chest and then push it out

    Ran for 15 min after workout. I was quite shocked with this workout. My legs were sore by the sec exercise. During my run i was hurting but still had the energy to cont so of course i did. I am really surprised that my weight has gone up 5lbs in only nine days. I am going to up my cardio this week cause i know there is more to gain by doing so. cant wait for week two. Tom is arm day, one of my favs. thanks all for reading and the encouragement cant wait to after pics and weight.

    I think that it is mass but if i didnt i would still tell you it is

    But my water intake has not been increased enough for me to think that it is not..unless SDNG makes u hold water which i cant see how it could do that.

    I think the extra two pounds yesterday was from the time of day i usually weigh my self right before workout at 4.


    I am in the USAF as yall know we have physical fitness on MWF.
    This morning at 7am took one pill before
    70 push ups and crunches
    2 mile indian run (if yall not sure what that is get about 10-15 people jogging in straight line. The last one has to sprint until they catch up with the person in front then they lead the pace,which is a jog cause it will wear you out, until the next person gets in front of them)

    1 pill after lunch
    2 pills pre workout

    Arms

    Seated Preacher: 105x8 110 2x8 115x7 (actually 8 but my p helped)
    Tri ext: 100 4x8
    Alt Curls: 40x8 45x8 50x8 50x6
    Overhead Tri Ext seated: 100 4x8
    Straight Bar Curls: 65 4x10 1min rest between set
    Superset rev tri ext/one arm tri ext: 15x10 20 3x10 1 min rest between set
    Machine curls: 50x8 57.5 2x8 65x8

    Ran for 20 min after workout

    This has got to be the best arm workout i have ever had. I am not just saying that cause i am testing, its the truth. I had incredible pumps after the first exercise and my strength never let up. Look at my week one and compare to this and you will see what i am talking about. And then after tearing my arms down i ran for 20 min with no probs. I know i keep pointing this out but the energy is phenomenal. No sides, I was reporting a headache that would go away but today there was nothing.

    Rear delt cable fly:15x10 20 3x10 Did this different. I got on a cable machine with two pulleys. Put the pulleys as high as they go and grab them with opposite hand. I then step forward and perform the fly. When doing this it makes a big "X" with the cables. I make sure that "X" is centered on my face. Pull all the way back hold then let fist touch in center, repeat. It sounds easy but boy does it work the rear delts. give it a try and youll see what i am talking about.
    Shrugs: 80 4x15 1min rest


    i could not do as much weight as i wanted to cause my partner got a service call right before we were going to the gym. I had to cut my workout one exercise short cause I am playing flag football for the squadron. I did get a really good cardio playing football. I had plenty of energy. I have no more headaches. the energy is not as noticeable as it was when i first started but i know it is there cause my strength is consistent through the whole workout.

    workout felt good today i went up in almost everything. I did not run today. I am wore out so i am going to end this and cont it later tonight.

    Ok so this was a good workout. I was exhasuted all day from working in the heat and still added pounds to many of my lifts. On a normal day i would not even have gone to the gym. I took two pre workout and hit my routine hard. I was tired more than usual but it is not the Superdrol-NG is was the work i had done earlier. Tom is my normal day off but i will still do some running so that i can makeup for today. Still impressed with the product and no sides.

    My friend rented it. Not sure if everyone has it or not. I am not a huge Halo fan but i like the game and will be buying it when it comes out. I am looking forward to COD 4.
