First and foremost, I would like to thank the AX crew for selecting me to be a tester...

I will start supplementing with SDNG on Monday 9/10/07.

Some items of note about me
Age - 34
Weight - 202
BF% - 12.5 (hand held bf analyzer)
I will get body measurements taken this weekend to judge any size difference from before and after.

I've been taken multiple supplements to try and regain strength lost from my last cutting cycle. I'm going to drop all supplements except the following for my SDNG run:
1. Multi
2. Whey
3. EFA
4. Cissus

As far as the diet goes, I'm currently bulking but will switch to maintenance calories for this run. I want be on any type of diet per-se but will limit my food intake and eat pretty clean with a cheat meal probably on Sunday's (carolina panther football :head: ).

My reason for dropping additional supp's and going to maintenance on diet is to verify at the end of the run that any gains accomplished came from SDNG and not surplus calories or other supplements.

PCT will consist of aPCT + IGG-2 + RPM + Creatine

I will be running the P/RR/S routine (Power/Rep Range/Shock) routine with an emphasis on Power. So I'll be running it as (Power/Rep Range/Power/Shock/Power). Here's the routine -

Took my 1st dose of SDNG this morning. Just an fyi, I had to get up early this morning for work and I've never been a morning person. What can I say, I like my sleep. Well about 30-45 mintues after taking SDNG I noticed I was in a very lively/pleasant mood. Usually I'm grumbly in the morning and not talkative until lunch time. But this morning was different, I just seemed to be in a all-around good mood. I don't think it was placebo either, because honestly I had forgotten that I even took SDNG this morning until a few hours had passed. I was sitting at my desk thinking I should get up earlier more often because I get more work done when I seen my SDNG bottle sitting their. Then I had the lightbulb moment where I remembered I took a capsule of SDNG this morning. Not totally sure my mood is due to SDNG but time will tell.

Also, will be popping 2 caps in about an hour for workout.

9/10 - Power routine

Bench Press 3 x 6/6/4 reps at 250
Incline DB Fly 3 x 6/6/6 at 75
Weighted Dips 2 x 6/6 at 90

BB curl 2 x 6/5 at 130
Preacher Curl 2 x 6 at 120
Hammer Curl 1 x 6 at 75

Overall a nice workout. Strength and motivation was good. Didn't really notice anything different per se with the SDNG from previous w/o's but I don't expect to have any strength increases until later in the cycle.

Side note - After this morning I was expecting to be on cloud nine from popping 2 caps of SDNG but I really didn't notice as much. The only thing different was I took my morning dose on an empty stomach while I took my pre-wo dose 30 minutes after eating. Tomorrow I'm going to take SDNG first, wait 30 minutes to eat then go w/o.

Just a note that I had no issues sleeping last night. I took my last dose at 5pm. I was worried that I might have insomnia as I'm subject to get that way from stimulants but had very deep REM sleep. Woke up vividly remembering 2 dreams last night which rarely happens.

9/11 - Power week

Back & Triceps
Rack Deadlift 3x6/6/6 - 335
Bent Row 3x6/6/6 - 185
Weighted Pullups 2x6/6 - Bw+15
Suitcases 2x6/6 - 105

CG Bench Press 2x6/6 - 220
Skull Crushers 2x6/6 - 110
single cable overhead extension 1x6 - 35

Another quality workout. I haven't really noticed an "Alpha Male Mentality" like others have noted but I did seem to be more dialed in today. Meaning I didn't let anything distract me and I had good mind/muscle connection. Energy was good as well. The one thing I like about SDNG is the energy pickup is nice and clean with NO crash.

9/12 Power Week

Just a note that I have a pulled groin muscle that's sadly been nagging me for about 8 months now. Just can't seem to shake this thing off. Some leg exercises doesn't bother me but any pushing type (squats, lunges, leg press etc...) really cause discomfort. It's for this reason that I'm just using maintenance poundage for weights.

Legs
Box Squats 3x6/6/6 at 225
Leg Press 3x6/6/6/ at 310
Single Leg Extension 2x6/6 at lvl 6
Lying Leg Curl 3x6/6/6 at 150
Still Deadlift 2x6/6 at 225

Items to note today. Woke up feeling really bloated. Don't know if this is due to SDNG but it's their. I feel like I need to go run a few miles just to get some water weight off of me.

Although poundage was maintenance today, workout was still good. Energy and focus was their and I was able to shave off some time between sets.

9/13 Power Week

Shoulders/Abs

Standing Military Press 2 x 6/6 at 135
BB Upright Rows 2 x 6/6 at 125
DB Cheat Laterals 2 x 6/6 at 40

200 reps of various ab exercises

Overall, nothing really new to report. Another quality workout with good energy and focus. Pump seemed a little more prevalent. Also, bloat has pretty much subsided today, still some but no where near the way I felt yesterday.

Sleep has been good as long as I take my last dose before 5pm. Anything after causes some insomnia.

I've noticed while on SDNG that I feel like I could stay up all night, but when I lay down I don't have any issues falling asleep, it's just making myself go to bed.

9/14 Off Day

Bloat seems to be gone. Woke up this morning weighing 199lbs. That's a 5lb decrease in 2 days. Other than that, all is well in the land of SDNG.

Nothing different. Water intake and calories have been the same. And absolutely no cardio  I barely do cardio when I'm dieting but I'm definately not doing any while bulking.

9/15 - Don't workout on the weekends, about the only exercise I do is push mowing the yard which takes about an hour.

Energy and mood enhancement are still prevalent. No effects on libido (good or bad) yet. Starting to have a few pimples pop up.

Anxiously awaiting for Sunday (Panthers vs Texans)

, yeah I purposely haven't bought a riding lawn-mower yet just to make myself push mow. Must admit the mower workout is getting tougher, I might have to break down and buy a riding in the near future.

9/17 - Rep Range

Chest & Bi's
Incline DB Press - 3 sets of 8/8/7 at 95
BB Bench Press - 3 sets of 10/10/8 at 210
Machine Fly - 2 sets of 12/12 at 185

Alt DB Curl - 2 sets of 8/8 at 55
Cable Curl - 2 sets of 10/10 at 75
DB Preacher Curl - 1 set of 12 at 50

Overall another quality workout. As always focus and energy was their. Biggest difference I noticed today was pump. Before pump was increased slightly but today their was a big difference. Case in point, after my workout, I was putting my dress shirt back on when I noticed my collar was up. It was actually painful to lift my arms up and try and flip the collar back down because of the pump I had in my arms.

1 week summary -
Pros's - energy, focus, mood, pump, no crash
Con's - slight blood pressure increase, insomnia if taken to late

As of today, still no considerable change in strength or libido.

9/18 - No workout today. Had to get 2 fillings replaced at the dentist today, so that took away my workout time. I'll probably do some pushups and situps tonight just so I can say I done something today. Everything is all good with SDNG.

Replaceing those fillings didnt have anything to do with grinding your teeth did it...? My wife says that since i started the SDNG I have been grinding my teeth every night  She wont even sleep in the room anymore.

LOL, I couldn't tell ya. Truth be told, I have a 4 and 2 year old that climb into the bed with us every night. Most of the time they push me out of the bed within a couple of hours and I end up sleeping in their bed. I may have slept with my wife throughout the night twice in the last 2 weeks.

Just because I'm mentally incompetent, can you either include the numbered day you are up to, or maybe at least when you hit the next full week say "week 3" or whatever it is
