    ive been very busy wiht work and feeling pretty worn down. i dont feel much like working out but about 30 minutes after the wf im set in GO mode. still love this stuff
    im slowly gaining some strength and feel like im feeling out a lil bit. compared to creatines in the past id say im feeling this one faster and the taste is definately better. atleast so far im liking them

    alright, im sorry to say but theres been a reason i havent posted in a few days. im currently in germany due to a richocet hiting my leg. i have a broken leg with some other crap going on. i wont be able to lift for some time and its tough to get to the enternet cafe in this place.
    good news... purple heart = coming home!!1

    thanks, i appreciate it. im sorry the log is ending like this. i appreciate the chance to try these two products out and i plan on purchasing more once im back in the game

    as for my final opinion... wf is amazing preworkout that surpasses everything ive used.
    i didnt really have the time i needed to get the results from gm. my strength went up and i feel taht it was a benifit but i was looking forward to its longterm use. ill be trying it again someday for sure.

    so far ive had two surgeries and i should be ok in the long run. thanks to everyone for asking how im doing and the get wells. ill be back in no time.

    Hope all goes well for you man. Great log though, it gives me some ideas about the timing on my GM/WF . I think I'm going to take the GM an hour before and see how that goes.
