DAY 2
Took 4 RPM upon awakening, waited 1/2 hour then headed for the gym. Right as I arrived my mind became "alert" and I had sufficient energy for the workout.
Deadlifts were very difficult, felt nauseated and lightheaded. I think it might not be possible to do the empty stomach workouts, lol. Instead I will focus on cutting carbs at dinnertime for the next 2 weeks for fat reduction.
Got back, protein shake, showered, then talked my girl into a pre-work BJ!
Definitely RPM has a beneficial effect on my member as opposed to a limpening effect like most stims do. Like I said before, it wasnt quite a cialis "diamond cutter" type hard-on but it definitely rose to the occasion easily and was pointing at the ceiling for the entire act.
So far Im happy with the stimulatory effects of RPM and the absence of jitters.
