RPM + TForce + Activate Extreme Log

8 Weeks

Im starting this Thursday. Goals are body recomp, sex drive + wood enhancement, lose 5lbs fat, replace with 5lbs muscle.

Week 1 : RPM 4 caps
Week 2 : RPM 4 caps, T-Force 3 caps
Week 3 : RPM 4 caps, T-Force 3 caps
Week 4 : RPM 4 caps, T-Force 3 caps, AExtreme 4 caps
Week 5 : RPM 4 caps, T-Force 3 caps, AExtreme 4 caps
Week 6 : RPM 4 caps, AExtreme 4 caps
Week 7 : RPM 4 caps, AExtreme 4 caps
Week 8 : RPM 4 caps

Stats : 36 Years old, 6'1", 190, 15% ( estimate, ~4pack )

1Rep Max : BP : 295, Sq 405, DL 315

Training :
Mon - Back Bis
Tues - Legs
Wed - Chest, Tris Shoulders
Thurs - Cardio
Friday - Deadlifts ( my weakest area so thats all I do )
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Cardio

Other Supps :
Whey Protein Shake 2x Daily
MetRX Big100's 2x Daily
Creatine Gluconate ( bulk ) 3g Daily

Ok, got all my stuff in the mail so its starting today.

First 2 weeks will be cutting phase of the recomp - all workouts including cardio will be early morning on an empty stomach, w/RPM.

Ok, having some problems taking pictures - mostly that its hard to find a place to put the camera in the bathroom that is the correct height! Its like I can put it on the counter which is too low, or in a cabinet which is too high! Will try again tomorrow.

Anyway, first impressions are that RPM does have a stimulatory effect but not jittery. I was a total zombie and did NOT feel like doing cardio this morning but 30-45 minutes after taking 4 RPM I was able to get my 3 mile jog in.

I jerked off after my girl left for work ( time of month ) and had a pretty good erection. Maybe not Cialis quality but it would have cut the mustard if we had f*cked. I think the Arginine in the RPM gives enough of a NO boost to help me out there. Will try with the girl and give results soon.

Tomorrow will be deadlifts on an empty stomach - hope to avoids passing out!

DAY 2

Took 4 RPM upon awakening, waited 1/2 hour then headed for the gym. Right as I arrived my mind became "alert" and I had sufficient energy for the workout.

Deadlifts were very difficult, felt nauseated and lightheaded. I think it might not be possible to do the empty stomach workouts, lol. Instead I will focus on cutting carbs at dinnertime for the next 2 weeks for fat reduction.

Got back, protein shake, showered, then talked my girl into a pre-work BJ!

Definitely RPM has a beneficial effect on my member as opposed to a limpening effect like most stims do. Like I said before, it wasnt quite a cialis "diamond cutter" type hard-on but it definitely rose to the occasion easily and was pointing at the ceiling for the entire act.

So far Im happy with the stimulatory effects of RPM and the absence of jitters.

Day 5

Had a great run this weekend but my diet wasnt as perfect as I would have liked. Great workout again this morning on the RPM but Im now having a protein shake before hitting the gym. I think thats a good gameplan because I didnt feel nearly as sick while working out as on the completely empty stomach.

Started the T-Force today instead of waiting for Wednesday just for the hell of it.

Oh, had sex 2x this weekend and wood was good each time. Didnt need the Cialis.

Day 6

Well I definitely needed some RPM this morning. Got about 2 hours less sleep than normal due to congestion. I think allergy season may be returning or something.

When I woke, I didnt want to get out of bed, but I made it to the b-room and took 4 RPM and a huge glass of water and stumbled back to bed.

About 20 minutes later I had to get up, I was alert and fully conscious. I drank the protein shake and 10 minutes later I had a strong desire to work out! Strength was a bit sub-par for a leg day but there really isnt many carbs in my system.

As far as the first day on T-Force goes, well each time I awoke with stuffy head last night I had rock hard d1ck so that could be the cause. Or could be coincidence. Time will tell.

Also I do look I am leaning out on this supplement/training regimen. I dont know if thats more attributable to the RPM or the early morning thing but I do look somewhat more cut and slightly less full than last week.

Sounds to me like classic symptoms of PDE-5 inhibition. Keep an eye on your wood duration. If there is some kind of build-up of icariin, you could (however minute the chance) run the risk of priapism. Not saying this is definitely the case but just be mindful.

Day 7

Did my Thursday cardio today because the sexual encounter I had with my girl this morning didnt leave me enough time to hit the gym before work. Run seemed pretty easy.

Wood was very good for the morning sex.

Feeling kinda tired now though. I guess thats understandable, did a lot of stuff this morning and I usually get tired after cardio or sex.

I did get the stuffy nose again last night but it didnt affect my sleep as much. Im not sure it has any relation to the RPM because I take the RPM in the mornings upon waking.

I will weigh myself at the gym tomorrow, my guess is Ive lost a lb of fat.

Day 8

Chest/Shoulders day this morning. I was pretty beat, didnt sleep well, not due to congestion but to girlfriends cats! Little bastards were playing around on the bed all night.

Had a good workout though, and strength was quite good. It was kinda weird though, the weights felt kinda heavy, but I was able to do more reps than I normally can. For instance when I picked 225 off the bench It felt heavy like I was only going to get 5-6 reps, but I pounded out 10. Thats 1 more than last workout. Same thing happened on skull crushers, felt heavy but did a bit more than normal.

Forgot to weigh myself, will do so tomorrow.

Day 9

Working out this evening because I had to take my girl to the airport this morning.

Cool thing was I got a good nights sleep, and wasnt a total zombie without taking the RPM this morning.

Usually if Ive been using a stim product and I take a day off I feel completely run down, but I feel fine.

Cant say I feel much from the T-Force yet. Im leaning towards starting the Activate Extreme on Monday, making this a 6 week'er instead of an 8 week'er.

BTW my next product stack will be the "All Giant Nutrition Stack" comprising of High Potency Reservatrol, DHEA and Cissus.

Day 13

I skipped a day this weekend because I was attending a wedding and couldent work out. I had a good workout this morning, and started the Activate Extreme today also.

So far I havent had much of a libido boost from the T-Force, which is somewhat disappointing. Hopefully the Activate Extreme will kick it up a notch.
