8/14 - Power Week
Back and Triceps
Sumo Deadlift 3x6 with 310
Bent Row 3x6 with 185
Weighted Chin 2x6 with BW+25
Suitcase pulls 2x6 with 95lbs (1st time doing this exercise)
CG Bench Press 2x6 with 210
Skull Crushers 2x6 with 100
Single DB extension 1x6 with 45
I'm going to start recording my poundages now to see my increases from week to week. Overall, another solid workout.

Box Squats - 3 sets of 6 - 225
Leg Press - 3 sets of 6 - 310
Single Leg Extension - 2 sets of 6 at 75
Leg Curls 3 sets of 6 at lvl 12
SLDL - 3 sets of 6 at 225
Before you guys start snickering at my #'s for legs, just remember I have a pulled groin muscle that's still giving me trouble. I'm fine as long as I don't go past parallel, but if I try to go deep (squats), I still get a sharp pain in my groin. It's been over 6 months since I pulled the muscle and it's still aggravating me. Maybe I should just layoff legs until it's fully healed but I doubt it will heal because I still play basketball every chance I can get. So with that said, that's why I just keep it semi-light with legs. I'm still pleased with the #'s I got and the ease they went up.

Overall a good workout. Again, strength is starting to increase and poundages are going up pretty easy where it was struggle before. Good Stuff

8/20 - Rep Range week
Incline DB Press - 3 sets of 8 at 90lbs (10lb increase)
Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 at 210 (5lbs increase)
Machine Flys - 2 sets of 10 at 185 ( was trying to hit 12 reps but could only do 10)
Alternating DB Curl - 2 sets 8 at 55 (5lb increase)
Cable Curl - 2 sets of 10 at 70 (5lb increase)
Concentration Curls - 2 sets of 0 at 50 (was trying for 12 but only hit 10 reps).
Overall a good workout. Numbers went up on all exercises although I didn't get all the reps in the Machine Fly's and Concentration Curls. Extremely happy with jump in Incline DB Press, and felt I could have got more. I guess will find out when I hit Rep Range Week again for Chest.
On a side note - I'm on my last week of Incarnate, which is a little sad because I'm just now starting to feel the strength/endurance increases. Full review will be posted at the end of the week.

CG Weighted Chins - 2 sets of 8 at BW+15(up 5lbs)
Seated Rows - 2 sets of 10 at 135 (up 5lbs)
DB Rows - 2 sets of 12 at 85 (up 5lbs)
Pullover - 2 sets of 15 at 90lbs (up 5lbs)
Weighted Dips - 2 sets 8 at BW+80 (up 5lbs)
Pushdowns - 2 sets of 10 at 65 (up 5lbs)
Kickbacks - 2 sets of 12 at 30b (up 5lbs)
another good workout. all poundages were up 5lbs today, nothing drastic but a steady increase. Just to note, endurance seemed to up today as it usually takes roughly an hour for this workout and I finished in 45 minutes.

awesome to see those lbs starting to increase brudda...that will continue for even another month for you as long as you stay on Incarnate.
GL with the rest of it...you noticing any leaning effects?

200 reps of various exercises for abs

hopefully i'll get to reach my goal of sub 10% bodyfat. I think i'm around 15%ish right now. A little aggressive for 8 weeks, but possible!

definately possible, as long as diet is strict. You following any specific diet? I just ran the Cut Diet (Scivation) with pretty good results but still prefer Carb Cycling the best for dieting.

Ran a good 1.5 hours today. Totally drenched. Had to guard a high-schooler who had serious hops and never stopped running. I wanted to kick the crap out of him and just tell him to be still for a second so I could catch my breath.

7/27 - FINAL REVIEW
Ok, here's my review for Incarnate. But first a few stats -
Bodyweight 7/17 - 194

Sumo Deadlifts 8/27 - 350x5reps

Weighted Chins 8/27 - BW-45x5reps
Weighted Dips 7/17 - BW+85x5reps
Weighted Dips 8/27 - BW+110x5reps
I will judge on 3 aspects since I think Incarnate works on 3 different fronts (Strength, Recovery, Endurance) with a scale of 1-10, with 1 being awful and 10 being outstanding.
Strength (7) - OK, this one I'm having trouble with. As you can see my poundages definately increased but my issue is I'm currently bulking and my #'s always increase while consuming excess calories. I want to be totally honest to the end-users who are thinking of purchasing Incarnate and to PAL as well. So with that being said, the increase in weight is nothing I haven't hit before (no pr's or anything), but what I can state is that I got to these #'s faster than previously. In the past, it would take me about 8-12 weeks to get to this weight while bulking while it only took me 5-6 weeks with Incarnate. I think the jump is pretty good but I can't go higher than 7 on my scale because the label states "Massive Strength" increases. To me, massive brings up prohormone/prosteriod type gains. While I certainly know Incarnate can't live up to ph/ps gains, I wouldn't make claims that lead the end-user to believe that it could. For me, I would feel more comfortable if the label stated "strength gains" instead of "Massive Strength".
Recovery (10) - This one's a no-brainer for me. The cissus did it's job and did it well. If you've been following my journal you know that I sprained my ankle pretty good playing bball. From the pain and swelling, I was expecting to be sidelined for at least 2 weeks. I increased the dosage a little and found myself playing the very next week. I can truthfully say that this coudn't have happened without the cissus in Incarnate.
Endurance (8.5) - As far as lifting goes, this is where I seen the most benefit. My body hates high reps, and lactic acid kills me after 8 reps. While taking Incarnate, on the last 2 weeks, I noticed I was hitting reps of 10-15 with little lactic acid buildup. I still had some burn, but nothing like pre-Incarnate.
Overall I thought Incarnate was a good product and would probably purchase again for the recovery/endurance aspect of it more than the strength gains.
Again, would like to thank PAL for choosing me to test out INCARNATE.
