DOSING #4

DOSAGE: One capsule on an somewhat empty stomach at 3:00pm for both my wife and myself.

CONTEXT OF USE: Testing the effect of one capsule.

EFFECT: Some users have reported that one capsule delivered a somewhat excitatory effect....like butterflys in the stomach. Neither my wife or I experienced this. In fact, our subjective experience was pretty much that of taking two capsules but the duration wasn't as long. Calming and peaceful head-change.

DOSING #5

DOSAGE: Two capsules on an empty stomach at 10:00pm along with some ZMA and .25mg melatonin.

CONTEXT OF USE: Testing sleep effect in combination with other sleep supplements.

EFFECT: I've been incredibly stressed because of work and was looking to rejuvenate myself with some good sleep. I never got tired after dosing. I just slipped into a relaxed state while I putzed around on the computer. However, when I did go to sleep I went quickly. I had very vivid dreams (the kind where it's unclear whether it's a dream or whether the events are actually happening). I woke-up feeling refreshed and in a good mood until I started thinking about everything I had to do at work today.

not trying to hi jack but do you always have dreams while taking x- dream, cause i seem to sleep solid but dont really recall any dreams

Hahaha! I still have some raw powder of the NADA left from when we were testing it a long time ago and I took like 125mg of it last night. HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was doing the same thing! Too bad this damn compound isn't cheaper, I would be megadosing all the time

Sometimes I remember dreams, sometimes not but so far all my X-Dream nights have had vivid dreams.

90mg was my max when we were testing. I stayed awake 2hrs after it hit me, then I couldn't fight it anymore.

The dreams are variable.

I don't know if it was included in the write-up, but in case it wasn't stated, don't use this product for more than 10 consecutive days. There's no toxicity issue or anything, but that's about the point it started to play out. Although tolerance seems to develop relatively fast, it is lost even more rapidly, so taking 2-3 days off will restart you back at full strength again. Or, just use it about half the time, situationally as needed to keep the effect strong.

I need to try some of this PRONTO, Ive been using Lean Dreams for a while and lately I swear there is crack in the capsules cause I cannot get to sleep anymore

Prolly due for a change. Does IBE have samples of this stuff ?

I don't know, but samps are a great idea for this stuff! If you just send me some of those good protein bar cookies you make, you know I'll get you all you want.

You write the word "Job" in big letters on your living room wall with a permanent marker.

That's good to know. I was assuming such an effect given the way GABA products work (I know nothing about the other active). I hadn't noticed any diminishment of effect but I haven't taken any for the last two days just as a tolerance precaution. I was thinking about hopping back onboard tonight.

DOSAGE: Two capsules on a full stomach at 7:00pm (for both my wife and I). We added a medium dose of kava paste drink at 9:30pm.

CONTEXT OF USE: Recreational relaxation.

EFFECT: Both us us were very mellow and enjoyed puttering about the house (web surfing, book reading, etc.). We both had extremely vivid dreams.

Dr D, I did noticed tolerance developing rapidly to this product like you say. I wonder if this product would be good for someone trying to taper off from Benzodiazapines. (No not me!)
