Who am I!?
I am 22 years old aka "Grande Gringo bolas." As of Dec 06' I went from 167lbs to now at 202lbs which is my weight I will be starting this log out at.I would consider myself as still doing a mild bulk.
1. Creatine Mono 3days @25g's and 3days off.
2. Cytogainer a 2 full doses a day.
3. Champion Nutrition 2 shakes a day.
4. Nitrix 3 pills 3 times daily.
5. RPM 3-4 pills pre workout.
6. D/T's Hardcore big balls 2 pills 3 times daily.
It really completely differs for me everyday with my line of work. I try to consume around 3000-4000 calories a day along with right around 300 grams of protein. I dont eat fast food or drink sodas that is about my only limits on what I wont eat.
As far as my workout routine goes there really is no routine.
Mondays Big chest and minor tris day
Tuesday is legs and abs day
Wednesday is shoulders and back day
Thursday is arms and abs day
Friday is chest and calfs day
Sat is cardio if I have the time which is HIT running
Sunday is my off day but sometime consists of moutain biking 5-10 miles on moderate trails
