    RPM= Unexpected results


    In going on week 3 of RPM when i ordered it i had no clue what a SARM was. I seriously thought i was purchasing JUST a fat burner.... wow was i wrong ! I am noticing i am leaning out while weighing more. My workouts are insane and my cardio is even better. My question is there any negative side effects short term or long term with SARMs? I am loving this right now but am always alittle learyfor my health when something works this good, this fast. :bb3:

    Q: How is RPM different from other testosterone boosters and NO-type products?

    Q: Does RPM require post cycle therapy? (special thanks to TheMyth on this one!!!!)

    A: RPM does NOT require post cycle therapy b/c it works through secondary characteristics (AI effect, effects on SHBG, effects on T:E and T:C ratio)- this maximizes free endogenous T, while minimizing estrogen and cortisol- HPTA shutdown only occurs when exogenous testosterone derivatives are introduced.

    Q: When should I take RPM?

    A: Take approximately one hour before your workout. If you train in the evening, do not take a full dose within 6 or 7 hours of bedtime. If you do train in the evening, reduce you recommended dosage by 50%.

    Q: Has there been any scientific research on the product constituents of RPM?

    A: Absolutely.     Q: I thought all research on SARMs (selective androgen receptor modulators) was limited to potential pharmaceutical drugs?

    A: To be considered a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator), a compound must have the following characteristics:
    • Stimulate increases in strength and fat-free mass through testosterone mimetic properties,
    • Support bone growth
    • Maintain and / or restore sexual function and virility
    • Orally bioavaliable
    • Does not effect blood pressure or blood lipids.
    RPM fits every one of these criteria for a SARM. The only exception is that it is a compilation of phytochemical extracts rather than a pharmaceutical-grade preparation - hence the classification of Phytochemical SARM (P-SARM).     Q: Is it safe to use RPM for long periods of time, or should I cycle it?

    A: All research studies along with our own testing have indicated that it can be used continuously without any negative side effects- some members of the AN team have used various components of RPM for a year straight, with no issues. You will never want to train without it again!

    Q: What supplements should I take along with RPM, and are there any supplements I should avoid?

    A: We recommend whey protein supplementation, with a goal of attaining 1-1.5 grams of protein per day per lb. of bodyweight. Additionally we encourage the use of an EFA supplement with a proper ratio of omega 3/6/9, and a good multivitamin / multimineral. IGF-2 and NeoVar stack extremely well with this compound as well! Please drink at least 70 oz. of water a day while taking RPM as well.

    Please make note that RPM is a Phytochemical SARM (as opposed to the theoretical pharmaceutical drug SARMs). We've had quite a few people, affiliated and not, using RPM for months straight with no sides and no decreases in benefit.

    Thumbs up New to RPm and taking NeoVar As well...


    Should I be taking RPM on off days as well??
    Or can I workout everyday if I am doing resistance training with bodyweight
    and full body workouts, with of course interval cardio training???
    And since I am taking RPM and NeoVar Recomped am I healing quick enough
    to workout everyday with bodyweight exercises if it just involves push ups, squats, chin ups, muscle ups basically calisthenics with, isometrics, and plyometric exercises??? Since I just started taking both RPM and NeoVar
    any information on cutting up and gaining lean muscle would be benificial and thank you in advance!!

    There are no negative side effects with RPM. The only thing you may notice if you do not take a 1-2 week break from it every 10-12 weeks is that your body may get used to it.

    And yes, it works from the FIRST dose!

    Yes, you use RPM on 'off' days as well. Dosing as follows:

    RPM
    Resistance Training Days
    Dose - 2-3 caps 60-80 minutes pre-resistance training (I would start with 2 caps to assess tolerance, and then go to 3 caps if ok)
    Non-Resistance Training Days
    Dose - 1-2 caps once daily (most often dosed first thing in the morning, but whenever you like, really; and this is OPTIONAL).

    I wouldn't recommend training EVERY day, regardless of what TYPE of trainng you are doing (and defnitely no more than 4-5 times a week with resistance training); your body NEEDS RECOVERY time; otherwise it will NOT get results!

    If you're wanting to recomp/cut, then I suggest that you dose NeoVar recomped as follows:

    NeoVar Recomped
    Dose 1 - 3 caps 30-40 min pre-resistance training
    Dose 2 - 3 caps immediate post-resistance (or cardio, if no resistance training and cardio instead) training AND THEN EAT A MEAL CONTAINING ~50g CARBOHYDRATES 15-20 MINUTES AFTERWARDS
    Dose 3 - 3 caps 15-20 minutes pre-meal with at least 50g carbohydrates (either earlier or later in the day)
    Dose 4 - 3 caps last thing at night (please note that Dose 4 is OPTIONAL, and really should only be done on days when you ahve very high calories/carbohydrates)

    There are quite a few threads that contain information on diet (and this is the KEY to successful recomping) for cutting/recomping. Read post #4 at New to forum, need advice....trying to lose weight... (the same applied for males as well as females). If you want to recomp then I suggest that you follow a calorie cycling method: 2-4 days lower than or at maintenance calories and then 1-2 days at higher than maintenance calories.
