Smeton's Leviathan/Reset A.D. Sponsered by Palo Alto Labs
First, I would like thank Palo Alto Labs for allowing me to test this stack. I'm taking the recommended dose of each product everyday. I used stimulants in the past such as mega doses of Caffeine, close to 1,000 mg's a day. I have used AST's Prescription RX (which I believe was discontinued and they didn't say why), Spike, Stim X, Amp, and Caffeine for the last year. I particularly DO NOT like the feeling of Stims kicking-in, but after they kick in, it seems well until the next day when they have to kick in again. I have been recently taking about a two month break from all caffeine/Stim use, getting sleep, taking L-tyrosine (which works for me and L-tyrosine is known to help receptors wearing down and energizes them). I'm going to go with what Palo Alto labs says about reset A.d. and test this objectively. I plan on ultizing Leviathan to kick my body fat down and to pump my physic up. With me using these supplements and having everything in check I there is no possible way my physique could NOT improve.Im interested in the benifits of Leviathan, libido boost, trib, the best kind, bulg, freeing up natural test and all the other goodies it contains.
Today, I opened my package and popped the stack. After my first meal, I noticed a slight caffeine jittery feeling but not too intense. Right now it has been five hours, and I'm feeling a smooth feeling. It feels nice. Nothing like past stim use/abuse.
Today is an off training day, and I only took one Leviathan to test how my body reacts.
Nutrition. I Keep a personal log and log everything I eat. Calories are around 2,000-2,500 depending on the work load. Some days I might bump it up to 2,800 or higher if I think I need to refeed.I allow myself one eat whatever I want meal each week.
Training/Cardio- I've been doing Max-OT for a couple of years and making good gains. I usually do cardio post-training with the exception of some legs days, Quads and Hams.
Sleep- Usually I get good sleep. Eight hours or more. I try to make it possible to get this every night. I have had a challenge from taking Caffeine causing me not to go to bed until later (which I like going to bed by twelve o'clock). I like enjoying the day.
What I expect from this stack: Increased muscle strength, fat loss, and feeling good in the area of fatigue, sleep, and an even feel to it, unlike tired, then re-energized. Energy, Adrenal support, stess regulator and Stimulant non tolerance.

It has been two plus months since Ive done any kind of Stim. I could not sleep last night and am staying awake today . The last two days I took 2 Leviathan and I couldnt sleep so I stayed up an entire day. I seem to do this everytime I start a new Stimulant. Grant you, generally every day I get eight hours. I took a Leviathan/ Reset A.D. just now and going to the gym. Thanks for the advice, good stuff, Im just going to take one per day intill I feel I can handle two.

I notice a cool/heat effect. I could be from me over the past two days , my immune system being down or I think its the Leviathan thats giving me a cool/heat feeling.
Today I had one of the worst chest workouts in a long time. I think its due to my immune system being down. I got a bit of a sore thoat, and cold over the past two days.
IN the past seven weeks Ive gotten 100 lbs on Incline db press for 4-6 reps but Today I did a warmup, 20-12, 30-10,30-8, 45-6, 65-3, 95-1,at the beginning of my training session I felt my immune system was down a bit and thought I might have a lil trouble but I gave it a shot anyways..Then I asked an amigo who doesnt speak english to aid in spotting me. he wasnt a good spotter and I kicked the 100 lbs dumbell with my right hand up , and waited about 15 secs while holding it to get the left up..I could do one rep. I think Ill just be my own spotter from now on on this exercise.
So I switched out of my rotuine exercises and did
Incline Smythe(about at aa 30-35 degree angle) 225-2 x's , 205-2 x's
Cybex Eagle chest press 250,4, 4,4
Cybex Plate loaded chest press(Incline I think) 3 plates -4
DC Incline stretch 20-1:10
Now this surprised the *Bleep* outta me
Triceps I did some P.R.'sKickbacks,
Kickbacks(One arm at a time, one minute rest in between)Wham-70-8x's PR 75- -8 x's, last set I bumped it back down to 60's to really focus on form and hold the stretch at the end of the movement.-aka supersqueeze
CG Tri-extensions, lying on flat bench
2(45*2.5) 5 x's PR! , 4x's ...2(45) 5 x's
DC DB Tri stretch 30 lbs 1:20
Now I feel better after IM done
I also approached a cutie after I was done..had a friendly conversation. Shes too young but it felt good. I save Social time, whether its girls or friends after training..and if I like them a lot before trainign while Im training Im focused on training. I got this concept from Dorian Yates.
I didnt do cardio because I need to take it easy. I predict by Tuesday Ill be stronger than ever. and will adjust according.

Good to see ya doin this man, btw the cool/heat feeling is the Leviathan, pretty sweet huh? That is the first thing that I really liked about it.

I m not doing Cardio due to my immune system is down. I got a Methyl-predisone shot which lowers the immune system. I have allergies and plan to go to a alrgy specialist soon.
I shaved my body and either that made a whole lot of an appearance difference . I can see tarces of my abs better than when the body hair was there.
Rear, Delts, Bi's, Forarms
Bent over lateral raises(after awrmup) 45-5(really focused of form) , 4, 40-6 x's
Preacher Machine130-4 x's , 110-5x's, 110-5 x's
Concentration Curls(standing, one minute rest in between each arm) 55-6 PR(form could use work), 5
Hammer curls(standing) 65-6,5,
Dc Bicep stretch from smuthe-2:35
Dc forarm stretch 2 mins
*Notes Today I felt really strong this could be due to the Leviathan*
Last Night I slept about three hours than got up and couldnt go back to sleep so I took Phenibut man did I sleep a long time and didnt get up intill 3:00 today. Knocked me out. I took a Leviathan and Reset Ad and feeling really well. I like the Leviathan and hopefully my body is used to it by now and adjust accordingly.

When I was 24-25 I did two Superdrol cycles. One for three weeks , the other for five weeks. like Gaspari's Novadex XT for post cycle therapy on both .
Its been 14 months since I touched any thing anabolic In fact Leviathan Im feeling a libido splurg! I honestly dont like being too horny and ever since I started takling this stuff my libido has increased pretty significaNTLY

The Leviathan has rev-ved my libido up.It is the most potent Fat Incinerating lean muscle potentiator on the market right now. I have used Trib in the past and most tribs are BS plain and simple, IM not a supplement pimp I only tell you what works. Biotest the blue trib was pure true...This stuff is pure Trib and yes it works. I can tell by the smell it smeels similar to biotest (damn I forgot the name of it) its been a few years ago . Its some good Bulgerian TRib..If its not Bugerian Its for real and I can bet a good chance its Bulgerian TRib(not just any Trib the stuff that works, a VERY RARe and special of it's kind). Is it Bulgerian?also look at this products Ingredients Trib, Caffiene only 100 mgs=), fenugreek, coleus Forskohili, L-tyrosine, Green tea, coco Extract, Rhodioloa Rosea.. and a few others. I also got a bit angry today and went to the gym to do 5 minutes of cardio on 15.0 at 4.0 it helped me feel better.

Nice log so far man, really glad to see your enjoying the leviathan. Have you noticed really extra sensitivity to everything caffeinated lately? Since resuming Reset, I have noticed a huge difference.

Went to the doctor today and been in a bit of an "immune system slump" recently , put I expect my immune system to be good. I was running a slight fever 99.0 . I go tomorrow for Alerrgy tests. and Im still gaining muscle. My body knows when to stop and Im in an anabolic state, maybe not as good as normally and I expect to be back on my feet in no time.
Today i didnt do my Normal routine...I did a SHOCK routine..
My normal Leg day is

Today I did
Squats :squat: 225-2, 185-6, 4 Started out squatting with a group at our gym, I couldnt hang with them they went up to 3 plates plus. IN freaking crdible and good form at that. parrell or slight above parrell. My form is always parrell or lower I always go lower and I read an article that says go parr or lower for explosive power , only do higher if you dont want to avoid knee pain and the big legs look(Cosmetic purposes, and bodybuilding) Id rather do it for real world perforance because you never know when your be below parrell and something could fall on you or whatever..just for thought. Not that it would happen if your careful. Accidents can happen , generaly they wont if your safe.
Leg Press machine(Regular footed with toes pointing slighty out) 4 plates per side- 5 x's,6,4
Leg press (heels on the top of the machine -works the hams)- 4 plates 4,4,5

Took two Leviathan today and think my body is used to it.Reset A.d. seems to be working nicely. The only time I start to sweat is on my first dose after this it's smooth sailing.
Chest and Triceps
Incline Db press 95-2, 85-6,85-6 My incline db was 100 lbs for the past eight weeks , it has dropped a lot.
Cybex Eagle chest press 250-4..than (or is it then, havnt had grammar class in a while and grammar skills can use improvement, if needed, no biggie though) Tookk a bathroom break and did a three minute rest , and did 6 reps at 250. *note- taking a longer rest break might provide additonal strength* . 250-5 x's
Dc chest stretch(flat) 37 seconds
Triceps kickbacks 65-8, 55-8, 50-8 slow long squeeze at the end of the movement
cG tri extensions lying off bench f.r.o.m. 2(45)-4,5,5
Dc tri stretch with 25 db 1:00
Note. Im trying somethign Charles glass shows on bodybuilding fot com tucking the elblows in placing more stress on the pecs than elbows out more. This could be also why poundage is down, regardless im happy.

Yesterday was too much Leviathan, actually it was just right and today I can onloy take one pill. Im going to take another reset Ad,two, see it it helps. Im sure it will , so far it has.

I did one leviathan dose today, one reset A.d. The combination is nice. Very smooth and clean after the first hour, the first hour I get the sweats.(could be the yohimbine)
This might be my tolerance dose, two yesterday was to much.
Today was biceps, forarms, abs and cardio.

Concentration curls 45-5,5, 35-8
Hammer curls 65-4 cheated some), 50-3, 40-10 strict

Im going to have to take a week break. I plan to resume training, monday the ninth. Ill be taking the reset A.d. and Leviathan during this time, one per day.
*Notes* Ive visable bodyfat around my abs and look more ripped. I contribute this to the Leviathan and Reset A.d. I plan to be on the internet during the time off, does anyone have any questions?

Shoulders and biceps shocker routine(note this is Not a super-set)

Strait out DB hold at sides - 20 lbs, 20 seconds

Acitivity center GYm, back and rear delts
Lat Pulldown behind head(like a bicep pose, any lower can cause injurie(s)) 180-6,9,2
Hyper Extensions (slanted station) 18, 10, 10 I did the slow negative and explosive postive and held the back strait
Cable Rows 180-8, 160-8, 160-8
Standing Two arm db rows 45-10, 35-15, 40-13 i really focused on squeezing my back muscles so much that I felt every muscle working, that was to be worked.
Back extension machine 100-20, 175, 15
Dc hanging Back stretch 50 seconds
Rear delts 100-20, 115-12, 8
Than another Dc hanging cg back stretch : one minute
* Note about Leviathan* I feel mainly the yomhimbe, green tea, and Tribulus the most from my five years of expirence with supplements and a good three years with these specific compunds*I have a higher DHT levels. Tribulus has my testostrone levels raising and my hair has been shredding,I notice it in the shower. Im using Nizoral 2 % to control shredding* I dont seem to be abl e to raise my testostrone levels too high or I shred. This has happened once before with Gaspari;s Nolvadex Xt. Im going to continue taking Leviathan and reset Ad together .* It for sure works I just have to keep DHT levels under control. and if these arnt managable , will have to take neccessary action. Taking a Leviathan on an empty stomach..than cookign breakfast or taking a shower and drinking a shake or Protein bar, if ample on time. It works more efficently before meal one verses taking it with meal one.

Tryed What Charles Glass recommends for more chest training, tie in area, arms in..Incline Db 85 lbs-4 or 5 x's (I noticed when I put my arms wider Its very easy, this way really makes the weight lower; however if it works , thats all that matters)

Ysterday I moved foyr hgours away from home to Murfreesboro Tn, a college campus Im staying at I have my own place, all i have is "bodybuilding" food. I think itl make my bodybuilding lifestyle better.
Yesterday moved all my struff in and got in about an hour of cardio give or take.
I dont have access to a cpu , only the campus's cpu.
In about thirty minutes Im doing Back and Rear delts.
My Tolerance to the Leviathan is used to it. Today I popped two. One in the morning(8:00) and one pre-training(1:30)
how does any one or people who have took/are taking dose Leviathan?

Dc Standing calves 150-6 shoes off, than I put them on. I read something Arnold said about your calves will let you know whether they want to be shoes off or shoes on, My calves told me shoes on. I usually do them shoes off, a technique I got from Porter Contrell(an older bodybuilder)

I have read in a "Natural bodybuilding" magazine that tribulus for it to be unoridarly potent, has to be 40 % pot(whatever that word it. Just thought Id point that out to Palo Alto Labz.

About six hours later cg chinups, weighted 35-6,
Than behind back only to double bicep pose shot- 150-6,6 the reverse pulldown 150-6,6
