    Yesterday was a short chest and shoulder's and abs

    Friday night I went out with a friend for five hours and got a lot of cardio dancing and club hopping walking around downtown.

    Chest cable crossovers 70 -8x's

    Incline db fly 50 -8 x's

    incline xtreme stetch 30 lbs one minute

    Shoulder machine 130-8, 150-6 x's

    wg upright rows with 35 lbs db's 8,8

    Ab vacuum(and Ivee been practicing this recently.(the ab suck in frank zane used to do) hold for a good 30 secs-minute than repeat for what you can do it for)

    Monday

    Quads, Hams, bis forarms and calves

    Closer grip Nebula leg press 5 plates on each side 4 x's-recent PR, 4 plates and 25 3 or 4

    Cybex eagle prone curl machine 170-5 PR,6 PR

    Angle seated calve press(shoes off) 240-5 x's

    strait bar curls 110-6 recent PR, maybe PR

    Hammer curls -70-6 x's PR!

    Forarm stretch 30 lbs 90 seconds . bi stretch one minute

    quad stretch one minute, hamstrong stretch , one minute

    Today first thing popped twp leviathan, drank some water and just went, outside cardio for 20 minutes down the road, with some short sprints ,3-5 sprints )

    Back, Chest, shoulders , triceps

    WG chinups(past shoulder width(not too wide-too wide can cause injury)10, 45 attached -5 PR

    Hammer strength iso lat low row 2 plates-6 x's, 2 plates 25-6 PRx's

    Dc hanging back stretch, 100 lbs attached 20 seconds-PR, 45 lbs attached 30 secs , just hanging with bodyweight 30 sec0o

    Wg upright rows strait bar plus 135 lbs -6 x's PR (form coul have been better) next time a good idea to focus more on form

    Hammer strength super Incline press 2 plates on each side 6. breathe 15 seconds 2 breathe 15 secs(dc) 2 Than 2 plats and 25 on each side -2x's

    Trap bar(1/2 -3/4 way up) 3 plates 8 x's 3 plates and 25(each side) 8 x's

    Decline cg tricep extensions 110-7.4.2

    Chest incline stretch 40 lbs -one minute
    shoulder stretch one minute
    tri stretch 35 lbs -30 seconds

    was doing two leviathan after breakfast , now Im doing them on an empty stomach with reset Ad, its workign better this way.

    One leg curl machine cbex plate loaded 150 lbs plus machine-8,15 breathe rest 3

    strait bar curls(elbows back ) 30 lbs each side 3

    Reverse bar curls 20 lbs each side 4

    Db alternate curls 50-6 x

    Donkey calve 400-10 x's (shoes off)

    bi stertch 1 min
    forarm stretch 1:45 (lighter)
    Quad stretch
    Ham stretch(sldl style with bar) one minute

    Hammer low row 2 plates and 35 on each side. 6/4/2

    Wg upright rows 110-6,4

    Db front riases(one arm at a time) 40-8

    rear delt machine 130-8x's

    Iso lateral horizontal BP(hammer strength) 2 plates and 25 each side-----6, 4

    Super Incline BP 2 lates 10 n 5 ---4

    shoulder stretch incline db chest stretch
    decline tri extension 110-8,2

    Dc dip stretch for tris --lobe time it was intense

    trap hammer strength machine 3 plates 25, each side -8

    Wednesday (Olympus)Quads, Hamms ,calves, Bis ,forarms

    Leg press 5 plates each side-6 x's Recent PR, 3 plates -20 x

    Quad stretch~no timer~

    Cybex plate loaded one leg curl 6-25's-9 x's PR!, 15 breathes(DC) 3 x's

    sldl stretch(butt out, wger grip)

    Donkey calve machine 450- 6x's (shoes off)

    Strait bar curls 1(25)-4(elbows back, wrist slightly bent back)

    Hammer curls (strict) 50-6x

    Bi stretch~

    Forarm stretch~

    Cable rows(to lower pecs, got tthis from Melvin Anothy. it hits the upper, mid back thickness, more than pulling to the stomach, which hits lower-mid)

    Yeah it is great. Im done my Leviathan and reset Ad.

    I give 4 out of five stars to Leviathan . It is truly anabolic and fat melting at the same time. The only reason Leviathan didnt receive four out of five is because the tribulus is only 20 % pros.

    Reset A.d. Five out of five. When I took reset ad I felt a big difference, as to when, I didnt take it.
