    ya that usually works, man i was tired as hell the next day after i lifted til 12:30 i had to be up at 7 for work.

    i think i have an extra few scoops in mine!!!! cause i never missed a day and

    i'm gonna get some stim free melon i bet that tastes good too.

    Well like i said its gone!

    It was a great product, i'm goin to get some melon!

    It did everything it claimed and for being stim free i was surprised. it tasted great and mixed real well no clumps of sh*t to chew on!
