Millennium Sport Technologies Citruvol/Kreaceps/Carnage log by Smeton

Bam he hit the door, omg,he has to turn side-ways to fit though the door!=) First I want to Thank Matt,Tim and Andrew for the opportunity and bringing Millennium Sport Technogies to the body building community.

I took four capsules of Citruvol, Three capsules of Kreaceps, and four capsules of Carnage. My dose is four caps Citruvol thirty minutes pre-training, Kreaceps three caps pre-and-post, and four caps of Carnage twice daily.I plan to run this stack for thirty days.I expect to see increased strength, endurance, dramatic improvement in recovery time between sets as well as increased oxygen ultization .

Currently Im cutting and Calories are around 2,000-2,500 depending on the work load.

and I'm off to the gym...Back , Rear delts, and cardio

Im doing Max-ot style training and have made some serious strength gains in the past six weeks while cutting.

Sumo-stance Deadlifts 85 % of my max..345 lbs with a 90 second rest in between each single. 6 times.

One arm cable rows-140-2, 120-6x, 100 6x

Chinups with belt 35's attached 35-6x's, 35-5 x's, 11

Dc hanging stretch with belt and 45lbs - one minute and ten seconds PR

Bent over laterals 45-5 x's, 40 -8 x;s, 40-6 x's.

warmup knees on bike for 3 mins
Then 10 minutes cardio on treadmill. Incline 12.0 speed 4.0

Notes *I felt very strong today while doing Deadlifts and Cardio I felt exhausted easily. I expect the Citruvol to aid in Eurdurance, the Cordygen 5 to kick in about one -two weeks, and the Carnage to assist in endurance and all to assist in strength.

Here is a Video just recorded a few minutes ago....Click the picture

I allow myself one eat whatever I want meal and that was today.=)

Popped my second dose of Citruvol/Kreaceps/Carnage today before training, did front and middle delts.

Seated Db front raises (after warmup of course)40-6 PR, 40-5x's, 35 -6 x's
WG upright rows , using a barbell 2(40&2.5)-5 x's, 2(40)-4 x's, 2(35's)-6 x's
Behind the back cable raises(got this from Jay Cutler)50-4, 45-4
DC delt stretch 1:30 secs

Took my second dose of kreaceps with post-training shake

Cardio I did ten minutes on 12.0 Incline and 4.0 speed, after ten minutes I lowered the incline to 9.0 where I easily finsihed the 8 minutes. 18 minutes overall. a good wind and sweating like crazy. A challange is the higher the incline the more I get tired. Ill be working on getting a full cardio session on 12.0 and possibly higher. Try putting the incline on 12 or higher and tell me if it isn't challanging.

~Heres a lil advice I got from Hugo Rivera, a writer and fitness trainer that had weak calves,I wrote him and told him my calves were lagging he told me he brought his calves up on the treadmill incline. and I think he's right.~

interesting cardio, I normally do 30-45 minutes at 15% incline @ 4.2. Do you find better response from changing the incline and speed?

Using an inclined treadmill definitely creates a nice burn in the calves. If I wasn't sodamn ecto maybe I'd find out first and if it will build them up.

I find it easier changing the incline down , yes. the more of an incline its more of a challange. I didnt do cardio today today was Leg Day and I forgot to do Calves so I plan on going back tonight to finish off a set of Dc standing calves.

Leg Extension's(warmups 12,10,8,6,3) 250&2.5- 6 x's PR, 250-6 x's PR!, 250-4x's

Zercher Squat (warmup 8,4) 205-7x's-PR!, 205 5x's, 205 3x's

DC Quad stetch 1:30

SLDL 275-4 PR!, back strait , Butt out. 270-5x's 265-4x's

Lying Leg curl 120-6 x's 120-4x;s , 120 4 x's

DC Ham stretch Leg up high and stretch one leg at a time- 2 mins each

*Notes* really focused on good form * I felt like I could do more at the end of almost every set, next time Ill increase the weight*

Andrew, I started weight training in high school, took a weight training class as an elective,at 17 at 150 lbs at my current height of 6ft3. If you looked Ecto up in the Dictionary my picture was just below the word Ecto-morph.

Now Im looking a bit more like this

Later yesterday I went to the gym for a second time.

DC standing calve raises (warm up) Than 340 for 11 reps. The calve machine makes your foot come off. Its not the best standing calve machine

Hanging Abs leg ups 3 sets 15 reps, lying leg thrusts, same, hands over feet crunch same.

Today I'm taking a full day off

Little double day, eh? I did that once. I was completely beat. Never again. But, I tried to fit in a full day the second time around instead of a short session. I know one guy who does the same thing at 5:30 am and 6 pm every single day. Sad part is is he's pretty damn big.
