    I am cutting fat and although I plan to do heavy weight, I am focusing on strict form and sometimes super-strict form*

    I did a two part training session Today

    Number one (from 4:00 am too 5:00 am)(home weights)

    Shoulders and biceps shocker routine(note this is Not a super-set)

    Side laterals (warmup of course)(strait At sides) 20-11, 35-6

    Concentration curls(warmup) 20-12, 35-7

    Wg upright rows 2(35) 8,8,8

    Barbell curls 2((35) 4

    Strait out DB hold at sides - 20 lbs, 20 seconds

    Barbell forarm curls 2(10) 11

    DC forarm stretch 90 seconds




    About 7 p.m.

    Acitivity center GYm, back and rear delts

    Lat Pulldown behind head(like a bicep pose, any lower can cause injurie(s)) 180-6,9,2

    Hyper Extensions (slanted station) 18, 10, 10 I did the slow negative and explosive postive and held the back strait

    Cable Rows 180-8, 160-8, 160-8

    Standing Two arm db rows 45-10, 35-15, 40-13 i really focused on squeezing my back muscles so much that I felt every muscle working, that was to be worked.

    Back extension machine 100-20, 175, 15

    Dc hanging Back stretch 50 seconds

    Rear delts 100-20, 115-12, 8

    Than another Dc hanging cg back stretch : one minute

    This stack is going nicely.

    Citruvol seems to increase endurance. Carnage is some good-stuff!. Kreaceps is working.

    Im taking 2 capsules of Carnage pre workout, 2 post, and four spaced out at least 6-12 hours apart.

    Today was Chest and front delts

    Incline Smythe(bench on 25-30 degrees) 225-2, 205-4,5

    Tryed What Charles Glass recommends for more chest training, tie in area, arms in..Incline Db 85 lbs-4 or 5 x's (I noticed when I put my arms wider Its very easy, this way really makes the weight lower; however if it works , thats all that matters)

    Chest Press Machine 250-4,5

    pectoral Fky Machine 220-6. 5,4

    Cable Crossovers 50-4

    Front Db raises (one arm at a time[one minute rest in between each arm]) 40-6,6,8

    Cardio

    Treadmill 4.5 speed. 9.0 Incline 10 minutes

    Ski Machine 5 minutes strait

    Im taking the Kreaceps after training. The R-ala works for me best postraining.

    Calves, Neck, Abs(explosive!) and Cardio

    Dc Standing Calves 300-6 x's

    Nech raises off bench 25-8,6

    Explosive hip thrust 15,15,15

    Hanging Leg raises 15,15,12

    Warmup ski machine

    Cardio 4.0 Speed, 10.0 Incline 15 minutes(sweat hard)

    Ysterday I moved foyr hgours away from home to Murfreesboro Tn, a college campus Im staying at I have my own place, all i have is "bodybuilding" food. I think itl make my bodybuilding lifestyle better.

    Yesterday moved all my struff in and got in about an hour of cardio give or take.

    I dont have access to a cpu , only the campus's cpu.

    In about thirty minutes Im doing Back and Rear delts.

    The stack is coming along very nicely. Two thumbs up!

    That's the same thing I'm going to do once I go away in a few months. Seems like it'll make it all the easier to diet if I have no choice but to eat healthy foods.

    One arm DB rows (Hand on knee, Tony Freeman does these in a recent mag) It allows for a better ROM.

    One of the nicest gyms ive been too. Olympus gym(harcore gym)

    CG decline tri extensions 110-10. 120-6,4

    MD 422 Tricep overhead tricep extension machine 130-8,150-5,5

    Concentration curls(seated , hand on thigh, wrist slighty bent backwards, got this from Charless gLass) 32.5 lbs-7, 35-6 37.5-7

    Cg hammer strength biceps(Not seated, standing and leaning into the machhine,for biceps brachica, got this from the Glass Show on bbing dot com(Charles Glass) 45 and 25-12, 2(45) 8, 45 and 35-8

    Hammer curls 60-6 x's

    Dc bicep stretch on smythe- didnt time

    Dc forarm stretch

    Hammer strength seated shrug,3 plates and 25 on each side

    Cardio(I used to Box five-six years ago I was a sparring partner for light heavyweight champion of tennesse Joe"ToJO Torres from california, and he told me I have what it takes to go professional, never followed though with my boxing career , its fun,)

    I did shadow-boxing , some bodybuilding poses/flexing, kickboxing , MMa techniques

    Than I wrap my hands put my gloves on and went to the heavy bags...did this intill I was tired. Than went to speedbag

    Legs at the MAC(murfreesboro Atheletic center(Guest pass)

    Dc Standing calves 150-6 shoes off, than I put them on. I read something Arnold said about your calves will let you know whether they want to be shoes off or shoes on, My calves told me shoes on. I usually do them shoes off, a technique I got from Porter Contrell(an older bodybuilder)

    Nebula Leg press(normal footing, actually a lil closer to hit my outer quads) 3 plates 10,8, 4 plates -8

    Hammer strength V Squat Machine (pad on lower back for lower back support)(Sumo-Stance) 2(45) 10,6,12

    Hammer strength V squat reverse(sumo-stance I beleive) (Charles Glass advocates these, says it hits frony quads more directly) 2(35)-5 x's

    Dc quad stretch oneminute

    Nautilus prone leg curls 155 lbs-8,8,10,7

    Extreme hamstring Stetch one minute each leg

    Hip aductor machine 60-12,100-4 (possibly too heavy)

    You definitely do know more than your share about training and bodybuilding as a whole. It is entertaining and educational for me to come in here and learn about your style of training. It also makes me very happy to follow to the progress of a fellow weightlifter, bodybuilder, and friend.


    BTW, those hip aductors are TOUGH! I feel like a girl when I do them but it's all worth it in the end.

    Fan of the Hammer Strength machines, eh? They're really the only machines I use anymore. The rest are pretty much garbage, except for some of the older Nautilus ones.

    I really love the Hammer equipt also. Most of there products really seem to nail the muscle unlike typical machine.

    Sumo stance Deads 365-failed ,next time...I didnt have a belt..the gym didnt have any belts.

    One arm Db rows (hand on knee) 115-5, 105-7

    Standing up on platform T bar row machine (CG) 200 lbs plus bar-
    4,4

    WG chins 8,7 CG chin 10

    Dc hang(with 45 attached to belt) 25 seconds

    Rear delt machine 75,10, 1056, 120-6

    Seated hammer strength shrug machine 3 plates on each side and 25- 5 2(4 plates) 3

    About six hours later cg chinups, weighted 35-6,

    Than behind back only to double bicep pose shot- 150-6,6 the reverse pulldown 150-6,6

    Front Db raises 35-6

    Friday night I went out with a friend for five hours and got a lot of cardio dancing and club hopping walkign around downtown.

    Chest cable crossovers 70 -8x's

    Incline db fly 50 -8 x's

    incline xtreme stetch 30 lbs one minute

    Shoulder machine 130-8, 150-6 x's

    wg upright rows with 35 lbs db's 8,8

    Ab vacuum(and Ivee been practicing this recently.(the ab suck in frank zane used to do) hold for a good 30 secs-minute than repeat for what you can do it for)

    Forarm stretch 30 lbs 90 seconds . bi stretch one minute

    quad stretch one minute, hamstrong stretch , one minute

    Today first thing in the morning outside cardio for 20 minutes down the road, with some short sprints ,3-5 sprints )

    Im done the Carnage. I have one more day of the Citruvol, a few more caps of the Kreaceps.

    Back, Chest, shoulders , triceps

    WG chinups(past shoulder width(not too wide-too wide can cause injury)10, 45 attached -5 PR

    Hammer strength iso lat low row 2 plates-6 x's, 2 plates 25-6 PRx's

    Dc hanging back stretch, 100 lbs attached 20 seconds-PR, 45 lbs attached 30 secs , just hanging with bodyweight 30 sec0o

    Wg upright rows strait bar plus 135 lbs -6 x's PR (form coul have been better) next time a good idea to focus more on form

    Hammer strength super Incline press 2 plates on each side 6. breathe 15 seconds 2 breathe 15 secs(dc) 2 Than 2 plats and 25 on each side -2x's

    Trap bar(1/2 -3/4 way up) 3 plates 8 x's 3 plates and 25(each side) 8 x's

    Decline cg tricep extensions 110-7.4.2

    Chest incline stretch 40 lbs -one minute
    shoulder stretch one minute
    tri stretch 35 lbs -30 seconds

    Reviews of each product

    Carnage gets five stars- This is the most product. I respond to higher doses of BA so I took 6 grams per day. to each his own. without this strength wouldnt be where it is! *****

    Cituvol- Four stars..This product seemed to assist in strength, endurance, recovery and an increased pump ****

    Kreaceps- four stars This product is good for strength, endurance, mood , recovery and no creatine bloat.**** The capsules are great instead of having to drink powder.

    I am extremely pleased with this stack and if it wasnt for Millennium Sport Technologies wouldn't have made the gains and saved money that I did. Thanks for the opportunity to test these products.
