    ENERGY: Decent energy most of the day.

    DOMS: Traps were sore Wednesday. Legs and Abs are sore today.

    PUMPS: No change.

    DIET: I wasn't able to track my diet as every meal was from a buffet. But I did eat plenty and I also chose good protein sources and stayed away from the junk.

    NOTES: Slept good every night. Was a little tired here and there but it was a very active 4 days. There was no excersize equipment at all but there was a lot of physical activity. Some of the activities included: Lots of hard running, carrying a 45 lb. weight (my sleeping son) for 1/4 mile several times, going up and down lots of stairs and I also did some bodyweight squats, push-ups and rows. I think I got plenty of excersize (I feel it). I'll rest tomorrow and be back hittin' the weights hard on Monday.

I usually gage my strength mostly on how my flat BB bench feels and today was better than it's been in a while (JW starting early? Maybe. Just a good day in the gym? Maybe. time will tell). The rest of my lifts weren't quite as good though. Workout went by quick, had a third person working in with us today so it made it hard to cram everything in. I wasn't even close to ready to leave but ran out of time, so I'll say endurance was there but between set recovery wasn't.
