STRENGTH: I guess strength came up better than I thought, when I look at the numbers they're not too bad. JW seems to have a great effect on strength more than anything.
SIDES: As far as sides were concerned I had little to no problems with sides anytime throughout the whole cycle. Only thing I had at all was a small headache hear and there.
MOOD: Mood was pretty good through most of the cycle. It was noticably better while on JW so after that was over it wasn't quite as great, but still good.
ENERGY: Energy was good throughout and for the first 6 weeks the energy in the gym was incredible.
DOMS: Nothing out of the ordinary here, when I pushed it hard I was sore the next day just like any other time.
PUMPS: I noticed some days where the pump was exceptional but for the most part they were pretty much normal.
LIBIDO: No increase or decrease in this area, so for me that's good.
Comments: My personal opinion for me is that the JW is by far the best component in this stack. If I were to run it again I would run:
JW weeks 1-8
BAM weeks 1-4
Restore weeks 5-8
or
JW weeks 1-8
PA weeks 1-4
Restore weeks 5-8
That's just my personal opinion of what would be optimal for me. JW is still the best supplement I've tried to date and I will definitely be running it again.
