Sorry for the lack of updates, been pretty busy and just now getting to it. Well I am on day 18 of the stack and I am seeing some great results. As I am just cruising into week 3 the results have been phenomenal, my weight has fluctuated b/t 188-194 over the past few weeks but I believe this is due to the correlation of fat loss and lean muscle gains. I have definitely become stronger, got a new PR on bench the other day. Warmed up with a set 225 8 reps then hit 275 for 5 and then tossed up 305 one time to set a PR. I've never lifted over 285 in a single rep before so this was pretty good. Hoping to get it up to 315 by the end of the summer so I can slap 3 plates on each side and think "hell yeah." Overall I am stronger. I have found myself increasing weight on most of my exercises or be able to do more reps of what use to be my heaviest set. There is one problem though, don't think it has anything to do with the supplements I am taking, and that is the problem with my forearm I complained about before. It feels like a shin splint but along the outside of my forearms if you were to hold your arm out straight, palm down. This has been very noticeable in my bicep workout and has actually caused me to have much trouble even doing it. So, yesterday was bis and shoulders and we did shoulders first and I sat down on the preacher seat to do my first rep and I had to put he bar down after 2 reps. I guess I have strained some tendons or smaller muscles doing heavier weights than my forearms were ready for. In order to still work my biceps I did various pull ups holding dumbbells with my feet, which I actually liked as it gave me more of a full body effect. I guess this is all I can do for them right now while I let this injury heal.
Acne: A little more showing up around my face than usual, not all at once, just more consecutively.
Libido: Strippers this weekend.
Strength: Setting new PRs
Definition: Oh yeah and a little bit more size.
Sleep: Sleeping well. Been having to get up early for work the past few days to get some stuff done and find myself waking up easier and feeling more rested.
Back and legs today
Heading to the beach Monday until Thursday but still going to try and make myself get a workout in each day. Hopefully trying to look cut and pumped for the girls going with us is going to keep me motivated.. we'll see. Guess it will just depend on how late we stay out and if I can get up early enough before hitting the beach. Damn the 4th of July.. why come right in the middle of my stack?!

have you had the forearm issue checked out by a doc?

Nah, I did some research about it and found a lot of people with the same issue. Seems to be just stress on the smaller outer forearm muscles or the stretching of tendons in the forearm that causes the pain.. kind of like rolling an ankle. I just figure if I give it a week or two off and just stick to the pull ups for my bicep routine with maybe some lighter weight dumbbell curls and the pain subsides I will be fine. If after that time I still have trouble with it I will probably go see a PT or orthopedist about the pain. I've had the same feeling in the past and it came and went with the avoidance of irritation so I'll see how it plays out.

dude, awesome update! that's funny about 4th of july..here i am 31 days into my 12 week cycle and i'm going to Newport,CA to stay in a beach house for 8 freakin days! I've never had such a hard time debating on weather to go on a vacation or not hah...have a good 4th brotha

Ok, once again it's been awhile but I'm back. Never made it to the gym or got a chance to run while I was at the beach Forgot my shoes and the beach was too crowded, including running in the white sand in Destin sucks. But, I got back at it Friday with a great chest workout, really hit the gym hard and felt great. While on vacation I still took my stack, which was probably just a waste but now I'm down to my last week. I skipped Sat and Sunday's dosage so I would have enough to take it up a level for this last week. Today I moved my dosage up to 5 mfx and 5 h2 rather than 4. Took 2 of each pre-w/o, definitely could feel that mfx pumping through me more than before. Had a good shoulder and bi's day lifting heavy on the shoulders but still keeping it easy on my bi's due to the forearm problem I was having. Did 6 sets of 8 pull-ups with a 20 b/t my feet and a few sets of hammer curls. No sign of the pain today but still want to keep it easy while it recovers. I am attaching a collage of front side pics I took from 5-18 until today (7-9). I will post again at the end of the week when the stack is over. From the looks of them, I seem to have more size and width today than the previous but I look the most cut in the pictures from 6-21. Guess that was from too much boozing at the beach but what can you do, got a lot of compliments on how I was looking there so guess it's ok. Anyways, check out the pics, let me know what ya'll think and I'll be back with a post to round out the cycle. Thinking I am going to take 2 weeks off (Mace.. is that enough or should I go 3?) and then going to order another 4 weeks, just don't have the funds right now. Loving this product. Keep lifting, stay strong, git-r-done.
