This is my first post and my first log...
Just started this stuff on Sunday, so its about day 4 now.
Previous experience: 3 weeks superdrol a few months ago
Diet: 3200 calorie isocaloric cut
Supplements: I plan to run this stuff straight through at 30 mg, for 4 weeks.
I ran 15 mgs for the first 3 days and recently bumped it to 30.
Im taking red yeast rice, saw palmetto, milk thistle, hawthorn berry, and Im using nizoral shampoo, not gonna risk any kind of hair problems.
Routine: Im doing a 4 day bodybuilding split. I normally train as a powerlifter so this should give me a bit more variety. Very high volume, 4 sets of 10-12 on most exercises.
edit: i should also note that I ran a ephedrine caffiene stack for 1.5 weeks and stopped when I started taking the pheravol.

No real side effects or signs yet. Id imagine it will kick in next week, much like superdrol.
This workout wasn't great, mainly because my gym doesnt let me use chalk anymore.
I also lost about 2 lbs since Monday, despite having a rather hefty refeed yesterday, where I ate about 4000 calories, 170g fat, 385g carbs, 235g protein.
Hoping for some kickass workouts in the days to come.
also rode an ergometer after dinner for about 20 mins, hill climb mode, so 175 average heart rate, with a 190 highest.

Most of the positive effects first come after the 10 day mark and become very evident after day 20. Stick with this, b/c I'm positive you'll enjoy the results. Too bad we didn't speak earlier, we could have added some Propadrol to the mix and made this a sponsored log.

It's a phera clone. It comes in a 75 count bottle with 15mg per cap.

Swam the crawl non stop for a half mile, took about 40 mins.
Havent noticed any effects, but I feel like Im on a hair trigger. Really pissed off. Also feel horny all the time.

your results sound just like i felt first time i did andro, back in the day. bought it at cvs drugstore for $12. i got horny as hell and hot headed, then got stronger than ever, body started changing all that good stuff. didnt even realize the andro was doing it till i ran out. stuff just sort of sneaks up on you, then bam you feel like he-man.

cals today were about 3500 or so, Ive given up on cutting for the most part, just eating clean.
workout was average...

closegrip bench went down a lot, I only focused on it when I did superdrol a few months ago, and I got up to repping 185 on it for a few. Now I'm in the 140's. It should come back once this stuff kicks in I guess.
Does this stuff make you watery? I know with superdrol, I got up to 190 on it, and felt like a big watery bloat. Havent felt that at all so far, and pumps have been about average.
Hopefully it will kick in this monday.

Saturday: Went cycling, about 45 mins, medium intensity.
Some college douchebag gave me the finger and yelled some ****, almost smashed his windows in, but decided against it.
Don't understand these ***s. Im obviously in shape and bigger then them. Maybe I should start carrying when I ride lol.
Besides elevated heart rate from the stims and the dmt, felt pretty good.

Sunday: 25 mins hillclimb on a cycle ergometer.
A lot easier then the other day I did this. Heart rate about 170 with a pedal rpm of about 70-80.
Weight is about 179. Hasnt changed. Im leaning a bit, but Id like to get some lean mass soon...
Felt good. Walked about a mile to and from gym.
Calories: probably end the day between 3500 and 4000.

day 10....just make sure u eat alot..even if there small meals and keep ur protein 300-400grams a day...and ull get bigger from it

alright i guess ill start chugging whey with every meal.
im at about 250g protein from solid meals (meat and what not) right now.

squats were all done raw, no belt.
pretty easy workout, taking it easy b/c I havent squatted in 2 weeks. My best 1rm squat was a month ago, 385 with knee wraps and a belt. Im hoping for a 425 squat at a meet this fall.
Weight: still 179 calories are between 3500 and 4000 as usual.
got sort of a watery flabby spare tire thing going, was hoping to have that either gone or have my weight go up and say to hell with it, but neither seems to be happening. Its still early though.
still taking 25 mg ephedrine and a ton of caffiene.

I guess androstenol is naturally occuring as a pheramone and a very androgenic/anabolic chemical in urine and sweat.
Anyway, it has less 2ene isomers then pheraplex, mg for mg, but more 3 ene, which means it has possibly less sides, which is kind of irrelevant since Im taking 30 mg a day.

Notes: This felt incredible. Sick pumps. I felt like a flying squirrel. The db rows were fast, but with full rom.
Used straps this time, so I wouldnt get yelled at for using chalk. Forearm pump was so bad that the straps got really tight haha. Can't wait till arm day tomorrow .
Probably do 20 minutes of hill climb ergometer tonight. So far Im leaning out and Ive gained about 6 lbs of lean mass. Im gaining like 3 lbs a night

pretty nice pump. weight keeps going up and down, but im leaning out. Tricep and bicep felt like one big blob of muscle, pretty cool Started running out of time as the gym was closing, so I had really short rest periods from shoulders on.

Day 14, end of week 2. Halfway done cycle.
Average weight today is about 182. So only about 3 lbs net bodyweight gain, but Ive definitely dropped some bodyfat and I've gained about a 1/4" on my arms. Definitely not retaining any water on this cycle like I did with superdrol.
Im still eating a ton of calories, but I don't seem to be packing on the pounds. Thats fine by me, as long as I gain muscle size and poundage on my lifts, which has happened so far.
Sunday: Rode cycle ergo for 20 minutes on hill climb mode.
Maybe I'll throw in a few superdrols this week, but the sides on superdrol were pure awful for me when I did it a few months ago. I never went over 20mg on it, and I felt like walking death. Ideas?
edit: another thought: Ive been taking the first dose when i get up, between 10 and 11 am, and the second around dinner time, 7 pm. That okay?
