yeah man. the strength gains are great. im starting to figure the stuff out and it definitely makes me feel good compared to superdrol.
Didnt do much cardio during superdrol. Actually trying to fix some high blood pressure and resting heart rate that came from not doing cardio all winter and doing superdrol in the early spring.
Cardio is really improving a lot.
Seems like Im mostly recomping. had me worried when I wasnt gaining mass but ive noticed increase in arm and chest size and definitely getting 10 lbs on most lifts each week.
