    should give me like a 425ish competition squat easily when I get my new squat suit.


  2. broke my foot a day ago, and its been hell. Missed my back workout, and getting up all 3-4 flights of stairs to my room and back on crutches is a workout in itself.

    I got someone to drive me to the gym, which is not handicapped accessible. Somehow got downstairs to the weight room on crutches and got a decent arm workout in:


    Friday: Arms

    CG bench had no leg power at all, so its a solid workout. Did everything seated but the cg's


    i should also add that im almost done my first week of post cycle therapy, with 30 mg nolva each day. my nads are hooooge. I dont think they were this big before I started lol.

  3. Monday: Chest
    Dumbbell Bench 85x10 85x8 85x6 can't use my legs so its hard as hell, just to even get the db's on my legs
    IsoLateral Chest Press 45x12 80x12 80x8 80x6 80x6 (weight per side)
    Dumbbell Fly 40x15 40x15 40x15
    One Arm Dumbbell Press 40x15 just to get a nice finish
    Dumbbell Preacher Curl 40x12 40x12 40x12 no rest, just one arm, other arm, repeat

    leg strength is still pretty good, just gonna do a few maintenance leg extensions and curls after every workout.

    they put me in a sandal type thing so i can sort of walk on it and thankfully drive my car.

  6. Thursday: did some recumbent stationary biking, 30 mins, 150 hbpm.

    and a few abs and medicine ball stuff.

    foot is recovering nicely, hopefully be squatting in 2 weeks.

    Peravol seems to be almost out of my system, Im feeling sore again for the first time in awhile. Still weigh about 180.


    edit: got my bp checked, 125/80. Going to get my rhr checked later when I can find my heart rate band. Its probably high 50's.

    EDIT: Reread your log and saw that it actually increased your body hair but didn't touch your head. Good to hear...

    yeah, I just used nizoral every/every other day in a small amount, rubbed it in good. thankfully I have light bodyhair anyway, so I dont look like a gorilla, and as long as its not on my back...

    Got a PR on the CG bench. Pretty happy where it is going, as my lockout on barbell is really bad and training heavy on stuff like board presses (supra-maximal partial movements) just causes me to overtrain hard.

    Got my feet locked down real hard and got a nice curve in my mid-upper back. I need to get a bench shirt soon so I can train for it.

    I might give up on westside and stick with this split routine all the time, its giving me better gains.

  9. started a EC stack, 200 mgs caffiene, 25 mg ephedrine at breakfast and at lunch. Will probably only do this on workout days.
    if i start losing strength (im keeping diet the same), ill stop it.

    Sunday:
    30 mins cardio on a recumbent exercise bike, around 150 bpm, about 90-120 rpm, Hill climb intervals.

    30 decline crunches, 30 barbell good mornings (45 lbs), a few medicine ball throws.

  10. 25 mgs of ephedrine today with a few cups of coffee, gonna do 25 on lifting days, 50 on cardio days (once, twice a week), and 0 on off days.

    The water weight and some fat really stripped off me this weekend. I was about 183 on wednesday and really soft looking, now Im about 175-178ish and almost to a 6 pack (visible when flexed). Strength is still the same.

    Monday: Chest
    Dumbbell Bench 85x10 85x10 85x10 fairly easy, nice
    One Arm DB Press 65x8 each side , this helped exhaust fibers and so on.
    Incline DB 65x5 55x10 55x10

    long workout, about an hour or so, but really good. Im about 175 now, so Ive lost about 8 lbs in the past week and my strength is still going up. Small amounts of ephedrine and two cardio days a week must be doing it. Im still as large as I was at 185 but weigh less on the scale and no gut .

    Hang Clean 135x5 foot is feeling fairly solid but this was still a dumb idea.

    notes: gonna alternate between 85's and 90's on the db presses each week until im solidly doing 90x10 for 3 sets. Insane pump. Im very happy with where im going on chest day. I can't wait till im pressing the 100's (hopefully by october).

    I ran out of nolva, so Im gonna basically continue eating fairly big and clean, sleeping heavy, and not drinking. I think PCT is basically over. Balls are big, workouts are amazing, got nice drive, aggression, etc.

    I would recommend this prohormone product for any powerlifter who wants to gain strength with minimal weight gain and minimal side effects or for anyone who wants to cut up a bit.

    Im not sure how much longer ill continue this log. This is the start of the 4th week of post cycle therapy, and I am STILL making insane PR's each week. Ive done a bit of cutting to lose some of my bulk fat and Im still holding above 180. Time to get a new squat suit.
