First off I would like to thank Matt (matpal) for giving me the opportunity to log my experiences with T-Force. Per Matt I will be tracking the fallowing during this log; bodyweight, muscle mass/density, feelings of well-being, aggression, acne, sore joints, libido as well as any composition changes. Also I will provide my anecdotal thoughts and insights to my workout for the day (tracking one main movement in both reps and lbs). All things in my training/diet/current supplementation will remain the same as they have been. Let the games begin!

turkey, chicken, lean beef, eggs, fish, nuts, cottage cheese, yogurt and low fat milk as well as powders
oats/cream of wheat, wheat pasta, brown rice, green veggies and some fruit
