My training plans are very simple, sprints, pullups, pushups, and whatever I can learn with my hand weights (which I am soon to out grow).
I am a newbie so I have thus far been gaining and cutting at the same time with no problems.
Diet wise I am planning on carb cycle, one day on, one day off, cardio on off days, weights on on days.
My diet is high in meat and veggies, I am not yet needing to count cals.
In my first cut at the start of this year I managed to lose 15kg with little effort (but then I was a fat cake and a newbie) so lets hope this recomp goes as well!
I am planning to use above supps as directed.
I was considering over ONE, but I thought I would try something different.
What I lack in smarts and genetics I hope to make up for with persistence, if anything is super wrong with my plans or if I am missing some documentation please be as harsh as you think the mistake warents!
The above supplements were chosen because they seemed to stand out, and were easy to import onto this nursery (Australia likes to protect us from the evils of , Shilajit, , and "anything anabolic" whatever that means.).
I would have loved to try Leviathan, HAVOC and Poseidon... But customs have nothing better to do than hassle me.
