My 60 day log of ALR Industries Jungle Warfare and Pro-Anabol




Mission- 1. To judge the anabolic enhancing properties of Pro-Anabol.
2. To judge the libido enhancing properties of the two on an a reasonably healthy adult male.
3. Determine whether or not these products have any effect on cardio endurance.
4. Determine the over-all synergy of the two products used in a stack.

Goals- 1. To cut my BF% by roughly 2% while increasing LBM.
2.. Attempt to set personal best records on at least one major lift.

Stats.
-27 y/o adult male
5'8" -with a strong LMC
194lbs as of this evening(weight is dropping due to diet and cardio:eek: )

Dosing requirements-1. Jungle Warfare- one capsule three times a day with each major meal, but not to be dosed after 6:00 pm, for 60 days.
2. Pro-Anabol- one capsule twice a day, not to be dosed after 6:00 pm for 60 days.

I'm fully clothed in the other one and holding a rat terrier. I think I probably look a bit more manly in this one and less like Derrick Zoolander.

I went for an actual run today and my ITBS started to act up. I'm icing my left leg right now, but its really not that bad. I think I may have to limit my cardio to the non-impact variety. I am in no ways side-lined from completing this log, just filling everyone in. If I'm lucky, I'll report soon about my libido;) . Or in actuality, if my girlfriend is willing:( .

I want everyone to know that Pro-Anabol's effect on my libido was not a one off experience. I had yet another evening of amazing sex while logging these products. Its strange, b/c my erections don't feel overwhelmed like with a PDE5 inhibitor. Its just a nice, subtle increase in sensation and bloodflow. Its a very nice experience to say the least. Anyhow, I didn't feel anything being enhanced strength-wise just yet, but I've got some high hopes for the next couple of weeks. So far I'm pretty impressed just with the libido gains:eek: .

I ran 2 miles(roughly 14:45)this morning(at 8:00am) on loose terrain and was struggling a bit. I have an uneven workout schedule at the moment, b/c a co-worker is getting back surgery and I'm having to fill in where its appropriate. If my workouts seem out of proportion to what others think would be best, I appologize, but I work for a living:eek: .

Strength went up a bit from last week. I felt pretty good considering I just finished up at work before going to the gym. Pump are visible most of the day and I my skin is getting more oily. After I finished up working out, I tried to convince the girlfriend it would be a good idea to have sex for log purposes and she disagrees. Girlfriend will unknowingly be receiving her own supply of Pro-Anabol shortly. Muhuahahaha:twisted:

Worst Day Ever.......

I ended working overtime today after getting up early to do a quick leg workout. Very stupid............................., and definitely was not planned. I hate flakey people so much.

LEGS
Squats-225lbs/10, 315lbs/10, 405lbs/8
DB Calf Raises 100lbs/15 reps/4 sets
Leg Extension Machine 160lbs/10, 170lbs/10, 180lbs/8
DB lunges 50lbs 10 reps/3 sets


I feel like a cripple right now. My legs are as stiff as can be and I'm dehydrated as hell.

On the plus side, I used my sample of Aspire 36 last night and actually was told by my girlfriend that I was, "going to town," while we were having sex. I haven't laughed so hard during sex, since I quit drinking:eek: . Anyways, this was completely unnecessary and isn't something I'll use again for a while. It works too well. My libido was already high, but add in a tempered steel erection and we have nothing but trouble.

DAY 12- Chest

I switched gyms today for a 24 hour place vs. my dungeon at the local armory. My hectic work schedule has made it difficult to get a decent workout in the time allotted, so I just changed things completely.


Incline DB Press-75lbs/10, 80lbs/10, 85lbs/8
DB flys- 40lbs/10/4
Machine Flys-120lbs/10, 130lbs/10, 140lbs/8
Bilateral Chest Press Machine-170lbs/8/4

I've turned into an oily beast as far as sides go. My libido is still off the charts, but its that time of the month, so I'm limited to self testing as far as that goes. Strength is the same, not anything to get excited about, but still fairly good considering I worked a full day before going to workout. I'll be posting more workouts now that I can go whenever I want to.

My back workouts were a little hindered, b/c I got stung by a bee leaving the house. That little bastard got me right on my shoulder. Libido is still high, incredibly thirsty, and I'm looking pretty hard and vascular. So far, so good........

I actually don't........... I am going to take pics at the middle and end, b/c I didn't get any posted at the beginning. Its not going to be a drastic transformation, but I think the weight redistribution will be more pronounced at the 30 and 60 day mark anyhow.

Today was a forced workout, b/c I was tired as hell going into the gym. I got a new puppy and she kept me up most of the night. I was dragging ass at work and well, ..........my workout was pretty good IMO. Anyhow, I can't stay hydrated enough. It has to be the Pro-Anabol, b/c I didn't feel like this before with Jungle Warfare solo. Anyhow, libido is still up and so I may have some new results posted tomorrow;) . The curse ends by then and so its game on once again........muhmuhahaha:eek: .

My workouts are all over the place, b/c I have to throw leg days on the schedule the day before I have an off day at work to get enough rest to not drag ass. Its a bit confusing, but there is a method to the madness. Anyhow, tomorrow is arm day, so we'll have a few more updates.

from the pound/aspca ? I think thats the most responsible way to get a dog, its so hard for them to place all the rescued animals.

Yeah, they were having a promotion drive to get people to adopt animals there. I wanted an adult, but I do what the girlfriend wants most times. Anyhow, this is to keep my other dog company(golden retreiver), b/c we lost a dog to poisoning a while back. The other dog, Whitey was pretty upset about losing her pal and Coffee has been pretty good at lifting her spirits so far. Besides, Coffee's pretty cool in her own right.

I'm still getting dehydrated fairly easily. It seems that no matter how much water I drink throughout the day, that I am burning it all out of my system when I sleep. Libido is stilll high, but not as high as it was that first week. I can't complain at all;the stack is going nicely and I look fuller and feel great other than the hydration issues.

I had a great workout today and have begun upping my carbs, b/c I've gone hypoglycemic the last few days due to my diet. I've supplementing with Dymatize Oats 'N More and basic brown rice and have been feeling pretty good overall. I also have some waxy maize starch on its way, so I can supplement a bit better when I'm on the go. Libido is still high and my sexual endurance is off the charts. I feel like a dynamo in the bedroom and posted a pretty decent performance post workout today, if I do say so myself:D . Anyhow my skin isn't oily at all, which is unusual even if I weren't on anything, since its in the mid 90's and 100% humidity daily around here. My hydration has been improved, so I can't attribute my previous problems to the supplements.

My strength and endurance seem to be up, b/c this workout took place right after work tonight. I'm done with one bottle of Pro-Anabol, so I'm 1/3 of the way through with this cycle. I'm feeling a bit more hungry now and I still feel great. I've been monitoring my carbs to make sure I get in between 25-40 grams a meal, even if its a snack. Other than that, things have been great.

Anyhow, everything's going fine, but I feel hungry all of the time. I bought a couple of watermelons, so I doubt I'll have any issues the next few days with feeling hypo. I feel pretty smoked, so I think its going to be an early bedtime for me.

Mid-Cycle Review and pics-

On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest

Strength-5-I still haven't posted the type of gains that I was hoping for yet...
Endurance-7-I've been able to finish grueling sessions after a day of work
Libido-9-probably the only stack my girlfriend would buy for me
Appetite-3-little to no difference

*I didn't want my girlfriend to take any pics of me today, b/c she went to a wake today and I didn't think it would be a good idea. Anyhow, I took some bad ones in the mirror myself, so I appologize for what you see. I'm absolutely loving this stack, now that I have my carb consumption sorted out. I'm ready for the second half of this stack to help me to attain my expectations.

*I've been taking a break from the log, net, computer, etc. I also took three days off from the gym. I just needed a some time to get focused and and stay motivated about the log. Anyhow, I will try something in the next few(G-13 classified) days and it will be listed in my final thoughts concerning the log;) . My strength isn't really improving too much, but my endurance is better. My libido is not high anymore, but its at a very nice level that won't get me into trouble when going to the lake with the girlfriend. I still feel great and am getting very nice rest as long as I take my final dose of Jungle Warfare and Pro-Anabol before 5:00 PM.

Endurance is up still and I have still been getting some really great workouts. My postings have decreased in reference to my log, b/c I have have had some things going on in my personal life. I can't guarantee that this will change much, b/c I've gotten comfortable posting at the least required amount:D :eek: ;) .
